No mention of cabin square footage, no mention of acreage. Scale of 1 to 10, ad is a 3. Not going to get much interest by fishing for buyers. Give the buyers the information needed.

These listings are so far in the past it seems hardly worth viewing . If still on the market, likely overpriced or with some hidden issue.if sold, then what’s the point?

Thanks for commenting and watching!. However, you do realize, you could always buy your own ranch - you don't have to inherit. Maybe some day, you could own your own ranch in a small town like Salmon who could also use someone with civil engineering expertise locally available.
