Lovely combination......I often visit Nick's Grave if I pass that way at Tanworth in Arden near Stratford upon Avon, the irony is that he is buried in the same Churchyard as another British Motorcycling Legend....Mike Hailwood. Its a quiet, beautiful part of Warwickshire, and its a nice place to visit if you are ever in that location.

it wasn't that bad, after the race is always easy to point the negative part of a strategy, you can approach a race with a strategy to finish the race as fast as possible, or to position the car as front as possible, however neither of those will guarantee a win, and nowadays with tyres behaving as they do it's tricky, if you position the car ahead, you loose tyre life, and opposition might take you before the end (Kimi - China), and if you aim to finish as fast as possible.... today happens.

The way I see it, at this point, he knew he wouldn't be driving for Ferrari in 2010 - he himself said, in Japan, he knew he was on his way out long before it was announced so it's possible he knew at this point in the season... Which would help to explain how sombre he was; I've been a Raikkonen fan since his Sauber days, so know he's not forthcoming in interviews, but this was definitely a downbeat interview even by his standards. Maybe I'm wrong, but it wouldn't surprise me.
