Unfortunately, Access Web Apps are being retired. Creating an app this way is no longer possible: support.office.com/en-us/article/access-services-in-sharepoint-roadmap-497fd86b-e982-43c4-8318-81e6d3e711e8. Too bad, after watching the first 20 secs I wanted to try this. So: good job on the video!
