I have had one of these awnings for five years and taken it out in all kinds of weather. I love it. Super fast. Super easy to put up. When its really windy I have to use two extra poles and tie down. And to be honest, if it rains it tends to pool even with that small pole which raises the canvas a bit. Overall, I just love the awning and have never regretted buying it.

I use to use a racket rope from Bunnings so quick and easy
