I just bought mine! I'm so in love with this bag! Also, I'm planning to get a bag organizer to put inside so things will be in place and to protect the canvas inside. The SA told me it's ver durable and ease to use. I'm 5 ft./ 152 cm. tall. It works perfectly as top handle and cross body. The SA recommend me to find any show to pierce extra holes on the strap if I want to (I've never have any SA told me this before) but I think the length of the strap is perfect (unlike the marmont camera bag.....) Anyway, I recommend this bag over Diana.
