It’s been a difficult and busy 2022 but new videos will be on their way soon
This channel is for a bit of fun and to take my interests to another level.
The bricks! speak for it self and the bits cover anything else I might make a video about.
I will mainly focus on collectibles but I do like my food so do expect a food vid to pop up every now and then.
Generally though anything I find interesting I will make a vid and try have some fun with.
And not to forget, the little guy likes getting involved and making vids and will join me time to time

Just another Lego review of a Ultimate Collectors Set (UCS) set released by Lego a year ago. The set has 1890 pieces and includes 2 mini figs.

Loved Dragon Ball in the nineties and glad I can enjoy and added bonus watch with my boy. This 30th Anniversary set is awesome and glad i picked it up. Not cheap by any means but worth it never the less.

In the event the question is asked what's a MOC = My Own Creation There's some very talented, clever and very patient plus a dash of creativity folk out there that create MOC's or alternative builds for standard LEGO sets. This is my first MOC, not my own, but MOC never the less so that cherry has been popped. Really enjoyed building it, I hope you enjoy the video.

Hasbro's latest Lightsaber Contribution to the Star Wars Universe I certainly do not believe that everything Hasbro releases is perfect or must have, and prices are certainly contributing to the should i or should i not get. All you have to do is ask yourself what value does it have to you and you have your answer. Anyway i will stop babbling and let the Video do the talking

Review of a monumental build. Even a bit of problem solving within the vid. UCS sets are the way forward for any die hard adult fans of Lego. I do believe this may be the most expensive commercially available set. Either way, worth it, enjoy the build and May the Force be With You!

Little look at the Prodigal Son by Saberforge. Absolutely beautiful saber and happy for it to be a part of my collection. It is a duelling saber but i cant ever see me using it for that, purely for display and my own personal enjoyment.

Thought i found a good deal on ebay. Advertised as Lego, even said from Denmark. When received, thought something was not right and then the penny dropped. At least i experienced what fake plastic bricks offered.

To be fair it is a £60 mystery box and not a KR Sabers custom etched Flagship! I'm actually planning on getting a Xenopixel silver Kappa with extra gold switch, pommel and emitter shroud to customise and weather myself, all for under £200. Once it's done it's going to look a hell of lot more of a higher value saber for little effort! At the end of the day I suppose you get what you pay for, spent a bit more and you get a better product.

I saw some guy he had a box containing everything inside of it. It seems you just have them individually?
I’m not understanding the question, there are 4 cases holding approx 9 disks and all fit into a box
@@boyciesbricksnbits4463 4 cases holding 9 discs in 1 box, an artbook, the figure box, and another outer box holding all 4 of these things I saw some guy have.
I’ve finally seen what your talking about, it’s a bigger box with the dragon balls art over it holding all the bits inside. seems silly expensive as a special on top of special collectors edition

Awesome set! I was debating whether to buy it or not on zavvi but ended up getting the 9 seasons on Blu-ray they are the same as the 30th anniversary just sold separately and when put together they make an image of shenron , the main reason I bought them separately is that they were on sale recently and all 9 seasons cost me £140

Are the padawan outpost neopixel blades the same as the imperial workshop neopixel blades?
I honestly couldn’t say, I’ve never gone to order any more. They seem to make many people happy but I’ve not seen the value in purchasing more sabers from them, I don’t see any collectibility or resale value
Great video! Been looking for a good y Wing comparison. I think that collector series one is the best to scale with Minifigures and other starfighters so far.

Does your blade have any rattle or is is solid?
Mine is quite solid, not had any problems so far
@@boyciesbricksnbits4463 Not even the smallest give when you barely shake it? Because I just got mine and the blade had the slightest give when I shake it.
Have you got the screw in blade? First it screws in then you have the Alan key screws to also secure
Yes unfortunately the thread seems to come a bit loose. I believe I have to send it back and wait for it to be repaired. I've had 0 contact with the blade when it comes to hitting anything. Only had it for 5 days and messed with it for like 5 minutes a night. I'm pretty sad

I was looking for uk seller of a lightsaber that didn't break the bank, that I can use for cosplay/spinning. Sounds like a good option.
I completely agree with you on the neck area of the master replica lightsaber, the Black series ones are the same way.
Can you change the colour of the blade?
Just recently received a base lit saber from PO. I can only assume that the tech packed into the basic hilt has improved since you posted this video. Mine has superb smooth swing and motion gesture controls. I'll be doing a full review at some point so watch out for the video.
I do believe the tech improved shortly after I received this. I’ve never gone back to confirm. I’ve always been curious of resale value from these type of sellers and saber products
How did you do the different color option?
Different blades. The colour is by the blade and not the base of hilt
If you haven't done the repair on the broken blade yet, hit me up. I can probably make something that will be more substantial than soldering and gluing it back together.
Watched a few of your saber reviews and I love the honesty. I've ordered the guts (internal electronics) for my custom build. Smooth swing seems to be a broad term for how smooth the swing audio functionality is!!!! Please keep posting reviews and I look forward to keeping you updated on my custom build.

The website doesn’t show the threaded blades by themselves. How did you get another one?
I checked the website and they have changed a bit, I couldn’t find. Before they were in the blade section, you then had choice on the depth of the thread as different fittings from thin necks

No, just been on site and they have changed how they do it. Think at the time there were different options and paid a higher price one. Now it seems you select the tier of electronics and pay for that
I'm thinking about getting one from crimson dawn or from padawan outpost. Crimson dawn seems to be a little cheaper and ships faster. Also, all the reviews I've seen on padawan outpost have the most simple designs, do they just give you the cheaper ones?

Yup. Hasbro needs to fix this problem then with all Dooku sabers or if they find a good fix offer to take everyones back and put the new tech in all sabers :P
Nice. Was the shroud on yours more of a light rose gold to almost no color? That's how mine is. Then after awhile the gold neck bit on the hilt started to come off whenever I'd want the display emitter on so I just kept the blade on instead x.x Possibly one of my favorite lightsabers either way though =] But I wish the color apps were a bit better and more accurate looking though for sure

If a order this prodigal son, does the blade come with the saber or I need to order ir separately?
I believe once you choose the electronics package the relevant blade is included

Thank you for this video. I just purchased the MK3 Redeemer. It was a hard choice for me, between the MK2 and MK3, even though they are almost identical, but I think (hope!) I picked the right one. I got it in light blue with champion tier soundboard. It looks like you got yours in medium or heavy blue?
can this type saber withstand light dueling?
Someone else said my video was a poor strength test, and I have to say I have no intent to test the strength. Light duelling maybe but for me I wanted a Luke lightsaber, and that I have. Personally I would get a more sturdy lightsaber for duelling
