Worms are likely. She is also swollen from the immense amount of food that she has eaten over the past two days. We are on a remote island in the Caribbean with no veterinary care. We will ask out stateside vet about what we can do to deworm her.

You must live on the island, right? You've plenty of videos from there. I hope to make it to Anegada before too long. I've been to all the other BV islands but missed Anegada in 2012. Biggest mistake of my life, apparently...
