I have two one year old Bengal brothers they were on it as so as I got it put together. Now, to train my old girls who want nothing to do with the wheel or exercise in general.

This is being built way too fast. It should be a step by strop cmon
It would be gone in a week. See, one cat would love it. But the other two are going to make it a fight. Then the dog gets all worked up, and there goes the planter and that wheel thing. Next thing you know, I'm throwing stuff. That wheel is "nice things", and we are the reason you can't have nice things.

I bought my cat wheel 5 years ago for 15 dollars at Goodwill. I wouldn't have ever paid full price. The wheel holds up well and I've bought many replacement parts.. but you guys have the absolute worst video tutorials of any company I have ever seen in my life. Sincerely what is this.
My cats are not pleased one bit. None of this works for me. It's a huge paper weight. I call it "One Fat Cat"

trying to train my kitty to use the wheel i bought her so shes no understimulated. shes more treat driven but she getd scared when it moves! i just have to be patient

Gen 6. have ya'll figure out the track mat length to fit perfectly yet or does it still overlap, making you have to DIY for a fit?

So I actually ended up ordering one directly from website, after getting a response. My traction pads did not over lap.
Maybe I didn't line them up perfectly cuz I ordered it from the website too

My wheel seems to be more... sensitive? Rolly? So when my cat stops moving in one direction it rotates back and forth very fast and he does not like it at all. Even getting on and off it's unstable. Any tips on how we can adjust it to not do that?
Of course! You can create some resistance by tightening the rollerblade wheels. Use an allen key tool on each wheel and rotate clockwise.

Hi there! Our cat wheel has a weight limit of 22 lbs, but we've seen several cats up to 25 lbs use it without any issues.

These need to be much bigger so the cats can lay out running. They stop when they start to swing back
Hi there! The size has been made based on expert recommendations. Cats will only swing if they make a complete stop, which does not happen every time. Regardless, this action has not caused injuries.

Please put together a legit assembly video for new users that need actual help, so we can see what to do. This is your tutorial video but it isn’t a followable tutorial.

What's outrageous is a unhealthy cat, they need exercise, they shouldn't be like you
The plastic on the wheel base easily strips out and makes it impossible to loosen or tighten the nylon insert lock nuts that go behind the wheels. I tried everything. I had to order a replacement base for my wheel. Just a thought for you to fix if you make any improvements in the future. Absolutely love your product! (My cat I should say lol) Keep up the great work!

@@onefastcat_official I just got my cat wheel last week and The same thing happened to me as well. One wheel is stuck and the lug nut stripped the plastic and is stuck behind the plastic enclosing and now I can’t adjust the wheel at all. Also, The cat wheel itself, is a bit unstable and rolls off track once it reaches a certain speed. The base just doesn’t seem sturdy enough

Is it noisy?
The wheel does create a slight rubbing noice when in motion. We recommend loosening the rollerblade wheels during the initial assembly. This will help reduce some of the noise.

The toy-driven cats will learn best using their favorite toy or a laser pointer! We recommend doing it at least 5-10 minutes a day. It may take some cats a few weeks to use it independently.

You should describe it. Every cat wheel I've seen is too small. And start recommending padding around the wheel on the floor.
@@kdizzystl Hi there! We appreciate your suggestions. We have other ads that feature the different benefits of the wheel such as the size being large enough to prevent back issues. However, we don't recommend padding on the floor. A flat, hard surface will provide the best stability for the wheel.
@@onefastcat_official to be clear I'm recommending some padding around the wheel and not under the wheel. A folded towel or rug making a soft surface if the animal falls.
i just let the things outside to exercise and do pest control honestly. i guess if yr in an apartment that might not be an option.
Due to safety, many cat parents prefer to keep cats inside, and this is a great alternative way for them to get all the exercise they need. 😸
I wish my cats would do that. I bought this beautiful expensive cat wheel since 4 or 5 years ago and they refuse to get near it. Finally, this week I lured one of my cats with his fav treat and he is slowly going on the wheels but super slow and he just lays down on it. Im on the 5th day, if nothing happens in 3-4 weeks, I will just give this cat wheel away to a place where they adoppt cats. It's taking so much room in my living room though I really want for my cat to exercise. Anyone have any idea how to force a lazy cat to exercise?
I have senior mixed breed cats and I have tried both their favorite treats and toys and It's already been a week and they have not yet run on the cat wheel on their own with me putting Inbara Churus on the wheel. Do you kind folks happen to have any tips on helping with getting them to run on the wheel on their own?
I do have a overweight cat that has issues with chronic UTIs and I got the wheel to help her to lose weight so she can pee better and get less UTIs do to her losing weight on the wheel. Also I got the wheel to let them be able to get their zoomies out too as I have a smaller apartment and I would like to help them be crazy happy kitties when I wake up in the morning as that's when both of my cats got their first zoomies of the day!
@@DragonRocnik Hi! Some cats especially less active ones may need a few weeks to fully grow comfortable with the wheel. We recommend continuing training with treats and using less amount every time until you can transition to a toy, laser pointer, catnip spray, or simply positive reinforcement. Anything as simple as 10 minutes a day will work.

Is the wheel removable? I want to take it off at night so the noise won't keep me awake at night. My other question is how noisy is it?
Yes, the wheel can easily be removed from the base. Compared to our previous models we have reduced the noise and it should not be loud. Noise can also be reduced by adjusting the rollerblade wheels and the wheel covers. Many times these items are not well adjusted from the start which will rub excessively causing more noise than normal.
Very hard to get them to go near it.
We're sorry to hear you're having difficulty training your cat. We recommend removing the wheel from the base and placing it on the floor on it's side. Leave it like this for 1-3 days. This will make it less intimidating for your cats and allows them to smell, rub, and go near it without it moving.
It would be nice if you showed how you put the wheel base together.

Having issues with the wheels. I have the circle part setup but when I place it on top of the base and try to spin it. It barely spins and makes this loud sound. Any idea what the issue is? Did I tighten the wheels or am I supposed to add Oil/Lubricant too it?
Yes, it sounds like your wheels are too tight, causing so much resistance. We recommend slightly loosening each rollerblade wheel to allow the wheel to spin smoothly.
