personally, i would leave your targeting wide open (especially if your Meta pixel is installed). After just a few conversions, Meta (Facebook) will get a very good idea that you are interested in "concrete coating leads". Instead of layering targeting options (and increasing the ad costs), I typically leave this targeting wide open and let the Meta technology work for me.

Hi there, *no*, that doesn't necessarily mean that. For their estimations, only pay attention to the estimated reach. They will never accurately estimate the number of leads/sales/conversions you will get. If you don't get any leads after $100 spent, something is very wrong with either the campaign itself or the ad. For Bay City, there are 2 incredible people in that office that absolutely crush the sales process. I often tell them how their sales performance is second to none (in the very small RCF) and they look at me like I'm an idiot. They get to the leads in a decent amount of time. Admittedly, I don't yet track Bay City's TTLs (time to lead) but that will be included on the RCF Scorecard soon. Also, what makes Bay City's conversion rate (and customer acquisition cost) so much lower than the rest? What are they doing differently?

Yes, it is definitely less friction. Ultimately, I wanted a website visitor to be exposed to more of the branding of the RCF Member. With a Facebook Lead Form, they all look the same. 15% of the website visitors to these landing pages convert into a lead. But it's been quite a while since I've used Facebook Lead Forms for lead gen at scale... with HighLevel, I have the snapshot already built and ready to go within a few clicks.

acquisition cost is so much lower because there are many many more "organic leads" for Bay City compared to the rest. Since the rest are still fairly new, they are getting mostly Facebook and Google PPC leads so the acquisition costs will be high and conversion rates will be lower. Over time, we begin to invest in SEO for each of these Assets (but not until the Member is around 700-1,000 ACQ). I don't really want to put a ton of SEO effort into a Member who doesn't care about the leads that come through

Thanks a lot Avi, yes, Facebook ads work great. Though I find much better success if I force them off of Facebook instead of just using the Lead Forms. I will send them to my company website with an optimized landing page and that will do a good job of weeding out the people who aren't serious about hiring

If you select demographics you can target business owners from your area. That's how I landed my first commercial contract.

Switched over to tella.tv from Loom and have been loving it

For Custom Maids (CMBC)? By now, the lead flow is a diverse mix of paid and organic traffic - organic traffic will convert higher than paid. Most RCF Members are only receiving paid traffic so the conversion rates are a bit lower. But if they can find success with paid leads, they won't know what hit em when they get a taste of the organic leads. :)

There have been very few who have answered that one correctly - makes it very easy to filter out. We're trying to see if a potential member is able to even explain their follow up process. If they can't, they don't have one. If they don't have one, they will not make it with The RCF. I believe this month's applications are being processed in the next couple of weeks, my friend. I hope to see your name come through.

I've found better CPL with only websites - I don't typically use the Link Clicks objective, I'll stick with Conversions (and usually set up a Custom Conversion) Across the board, leads are coming in at about $10-$12 each

@@kdaxyz Wow that's crazy! I live in Europe and thought of doing this. The only problem I though of was that the owner of the house could negotiate with the cleaner for a lower rate and skip you completely. How do you deal with this?

​@@diegobricio96 all of our cleaners are employees (not contractors) so the risk there is much less our office is the primary contact for each client as well - our office staff does an incredible job of building and managing client relationships it's not at all impossible for a client to be poached from us - it's just not a worry because we never lack inbound sales opportunities. ultimately though, clients rave about the work our cleaning techs do and that's really hard to steal from
