Nikon z6 III TEST!!! Video flickering / ISO glitches. What's going on here?!

I really hope that Nikon will quickly release firmware that will fix the flickering problem, glitches with ISO switching, and incorrect auto BB. The most important thing is to correct flickering and excessive color noise in the video.
At the moment, I continue to shoot videos with the old Z6, because it gives better quality pictures and without system glitches.
The camera needs to be trusted, and at the moment I don’t trust the Z6III.

Change the shutter speed maybe?
it does not depend on the speed shutter or on the apertura. flickering occurs due to the non-correct ISO algorithm. this problem has existed in Nikon cameras for a long time, but users prefer not to notice it, as does the Nikon company itself.

"Работы на полчаса: скачиваешь бесплатную эмбиент музыку, накладываешь ее на стоковые видео, хронометраж видео побольше - часа четыре, пишешь в названии релаксинг мьюзик, и собираешь свои миллионы просмотров" - говорили они... Как я понимаю, видео не стоковое, а свое, и времени потрачено явно не полчаса.
Здравствуйте, все видео только мои. Со стоков не качаю ничего;) Еду на локацию и снимаю. Не пол часа)))
