    Pouches totally help stop and or reduce smoking.. chemically they will balance your angst as to not get edgy or anxious while reducing or stopping smoking. Specially since a pouch you can keep for about half hour in your mouth. I mean if anyone who was chain smoking wanted to stop or reduce I’d give them pouches. Then the mental habits of smoking are easier to deal with and being conscientious one can move towards stopping all together..

    What do we know about nicotine pouches? Well let's see what do we know about tobacco pouches? They have been around for decades so in retrospect we know that nicotine pouches are safer than traditional tobacco pouches and smoking. It's called HARM REDUCTION! Why do they continuously have to say we just don't know anything about it yet. It can't be any worse than what we've been doing.

    • @dentalbites9317
      @dentalbites9317 11 месяцев назад

      Nicotine pouches definitely would fall under the category of "harm reduction", I do agree with you but although they might offer a potentially safer alternative, it's important to consider individual health factors. Also, let's not forget these do contain nicotine and are fairly new and ongoing research would help us understand the long term effects better.

    • @gregc7770
      @gregc7770 11 месяцев назад

      The first pouch product was developed in the beginning of the 2000s by a small start up company Niconovum. This company registered the product in 2008. These nicotine pouches have been around just about as long as vaping has. If you research the side effects of the FDA approved smoking cessation methods like nicotine patches and gum they have more side effects than nicotine pouches and vaping put together. No one ever said that any options are safe it's all about choosing the best option for yourself to use as a stepping stone on your path to a nicotine/tobacco free life.

    To anyone watching this , i suffered for years with this and usually get a really bad outbreak after a sickness like a cold or flu or even food related illness. Nothing in the united states worked for me and i tried medicine in multiple different countries i traveled too. One thing i have found that is not sold in the us which is basically a super fast healer/pain relief for these is called pyralvex . Its very rare to find something that actually heals them not just covers up the pain. But that truly worked for me. I apply it every hour on the areas and it usually heals by the next day. Avoid tomatos and spicy foods, bread, chips, anything that you know will irritate it. Definately Avoid citrus juice and fruits. You most likely have to order online from another country but its worth whatever it cost

It actually contains salicylic acid so it does help with the pain I'm sure but i don't know exactly about its effects when used orally that way. The best treatment of choice for recurrent ulcers would be Triamcinolone. I definitely recommend that instead.
