Personally, for me. The most beautiful part was where Meroko turn into an Angel! 🥹 Her happy ending was sad and beautiful at the same time! Before, I couldn't read Japanese so I read the phonetical text (or furigana, I learnt later) and English text. It's so odd that I can now read a lot. The songs of Full Moon wo Sagashite somehow never really felt Japanese as a language. More 'Japanese as a way to express these feelings' and not a language per se. More a feeling. And it's still that. I love it so much. I feel a bit old but I still love this song and so many others... it's part of my youth. <3
