Hi Jessica, thanks for your comment! :) Great that you enjoy the videos! I am not sure whether the secret ending is available for the Xbox version of the game. From what I found on Reddit, it seems that the ending might not be available on Xbox, but most of the posts were made a while ago. So it’s possible things have changed since then. Unfortunately, I can't test it myself... It is an awesome reference to Silent Hill :).

Hey man, I haven’t experienced that problem yet so far… for me it always worked if I continue the game and then press escape… to view the level progress, navigate with the arrows to the level and press space. But I guess that does not work? Are you playing on PC or console? I played the PC version. Did a quick google search and ended up here… forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/157518-level-selection/ but unfortunately no solution is mentioned… I’ll see if I can find a solution somewhere (maybe someone else here knows anything about this?)

Good question! I was so busy completing the game that I forgot to check tbh! I suspect it has something to do with completion of the levels and probably getting some/or all of the collectibles? In Trine 4, collecting the knicknacks and keys (from the Melody of Mystery DLC) allowed you to open the two rooms in the main menu. The knicknacks were for the upper room and the keys for the lower room (with the Trine 5 reference). Maybe it is also the case here and collection of the tidbits is required? Many of the tidbits are referring to the Red Rose Inn and Mr. Gloom (living next to the Red Rose Inn). One tidbit that might be interesting to check out is in the level called 'The Long Way to Town' (ruclips.net/video/MjlV1yEbzbY/видео.html (tidbit is around 16:13 and is referring to an office (potato cellar) next to the Red Rose Inn). But I am not entirely sure if you really need all of them! Did a quick search on the net but unfortunately did not find the exact requirements so far...

I completely agree with your perspective! Perhaps there could be quests where the children of Amadeus (Julius, Lucius Agnes) play a role, and it would be intriguing if they were introduced as playable characters. I'm curious about the significance of the sandcastle and rain. Also, the mysterious disappearance of Mr. Gloom, who was present at the beginning of the game but wandered off at some point. Thanks for your recommendation; I've actually started playing Nine Parchments (a game I wasn't aware of until you mentioned it), and it's truly enjoyable! I also share your hope for a sequel!

@@gameoflife8587 the children also made me joke really loudly when the heroes used Trine on them "Oh my god, are they hinting Trine 6 is gonna have, 6 heroes!?!" Heck, if the DLC features them, that'd be one hell of a way to shake up the franchise. But yeah, glad you are enjoying Nine Parchments.

Yeah this one took some time ;) even didn't fit in one video :p but luckily managed to finish the big pyramid (the medium sized pyramid even looks small now...)

Luckily there were some break times ;), it's those pyramids and prosperity rating drops quickly if you expand too fast). I had one practice run of 5 hours though prosperity rating was a problem in the end... This seems to be stable :)

Good to hear! Glad you found it! I can see what you mean, if you are looking for a specific item you don't want to endlessly look through gameplay (certainly if you are not exactly sure where it is). For what it's worth, there are also timestamps in the description (but then again, it does not really help when you have trouble finding one item and you don't know exactly where it is!). I can see what you mean! Gameplay is very similar (though there are optimizations!) and I very much like the original :). However also like the new graphics in 4k makes everything even more awesome:)

True! Only discovered it when going after all the collectibles! Love these easter eggs (seems that the developers already early decide on what the next game is going to look like (looking at the style and everything). Curious how they do that :)
