This is utter nonsense. Its a very city centric mindset. The country is nowhere near as "diverse" as is portrayed, and in certain areas, like tv ethnic minorities are over represented

I love this man. I was in the industry for 6 years. Worked for a huge agency and a midsize one. What needs to be discussed is the mistreatment and mental health issues that run wild in agencies. Recruiters and account executives are forced to work long hours, low pay and the stress and anxiety that comes with the job then add on unrealistic expectations from management. I have seen and experienced mental failure working in staffing. Let’s talk about how they lie to kids to get them to take these jobs “you’ll make 6 figures this year!” Yeah they forget to mention how it’s an over saturated and dying industry. Let’s talk about another thing. Think about all the people above let’s say 35 at an agency right. In my experience without fail, those people are alcoholics, alone in many cases, no kids, no family. Just miserable people. It’s insane to me that no one talks about how awful it is to work as a recruiter and what it can do to people. I was suicidal literally. I have seen people break in this industry. Staffing needs to be exposed!

As an adult i see it as a bunch of narcissists sucking each other off... and then on the flip side you have corporations who think they can control your private life on a public forum. The toxicity of corporate America is alive and well on LinkedIn

Victor, love you as part of the team. Overall production quality and side+ shows have really improved after you came in. I have one little request and I know for sure that it would improve the moresidemen channel, please just convince the boys to try and play propnight once. - it'll be easy to learn -its great for group play - can milk a lot of content out of it, can be a regular like among us - it's easier to watch for viewers - will lead to a lot of fun 200IQ moments like among us again. Most photograph jobs don't have a physical location anymore. That all stopped in the 90s.
@@Harry._.Thompsonyou couldn’t be more wrong. Turning up to a physical location nowadays separates you from the crowd as face to face human interaction is a rarity in the professional world. It shows you’re willing to make more effort than just send an email or dm and you’re also more memorable than if you just sent a message.
