A painter stood with brush in hand, her canvas crisp and bare, She dreamed of snowy mountain peaks and sunlight slicing air. “Oh, what a scene I’ll capture here, the beauty I’ll ignite! But first,” she thought, “I’ll honor him-the one who sparked this sight.” She sketched a figure deftly poised, his brush held firm, head tilted. “Why not paint the man,” she mused, “whose vision has me gifted?” But then she paused and chuckled soft, her clever mind now scheming: “Why stop at him? I’ll make it grand-a painter’s endless dreaming!” And so, she painted him at work, portraying her at play, Creating snowy peaks and light in some recursive way. The figure she had painted, though, was feeling quite inspired, He painted her again, of course, as if the scene required. Each painter painted painters, caught in art’s eternal dance, While snowy mountains shrank to blobs, lost in the layered trance. But still, she worked with steady hand, her artistry profound, Until she spied… a corgi pup in the very background. “Who painted that?” she cried aloud, her vision now askew, But deep inside, she laughed and thought, “That corgi’s kind of cute!” The masterpiece was finally done-both chaos and delight, But critics loved her clever spin, her brush’s brilliant flight. So here’s to her, the painter bold, whose art turned wild and true, A tribute to your vision first-her muse, of course, was you.

No way! This was by far the biggest most unreal experience so far. There’s some wild tech above our heads! You can see in the Timelapse the following night, the thing takes up literally half the sky.

Sky’s been on fire lately!

“The Great Cosmic Bake-Off” In a galaxy far, far away-specifically in the Great Nebula Bakery-stars weren’t born. They were baked. The head chef, Stellarion, a luminous blob of plasma wearing a flour-dusted apron, prided himself on creating the most brilliant stars in the universe. Each week, he hosted the Great Cosmic Bake-Off, where apprentice chefs-planetoids, asteroids, and the occasional overly ambitious black hole-competed to bake the brightest star. This week’s contestants were a quirky bunch: • Luna Craterface, an asteroid with a talent for dropping eggs into the bowl before cracking them. • Pyro the Protostar, who had a bad habit of preheating himself to dangerous temperatures. • Gloop 42, a sentient blob of dark matter who thought rules were “optional.” Stellarion clapped his gaseous hands. “The challenge is simple: create a star that’ll shine for eons without going supernova before dessert. You’ve got one galactic hour. Begin!” Luna immediately flung herself into the pantry, only to return with an armful of hydrogen, helium, and what she thought was cosmic dust but turned out to be Stellarion’s sneezing powder. Pyro started humming loudly, absorbing energy and inflating like a balloon. “I’ll compress myself into the perfect density! Easy peasy.” Meanwhile, Gloop 42 oozed suspiciously over the workstations, muttering, “Why follow recipes when you can improvise?” He grabbed a pinch of anti-matter and tossed it into his mixing bowl, which promptly exploded, leaving a miniature wormhole in its wake. “Careful, Gloop!” Stellarion barked. “We just cleaned the time-space continuum!” The hour passed in a flurry of chaos. Pyro overheated and accidentally ignited the flour storage, creating a galaxy-wide fireworks show. Luna’s star collapsed into a cosmic pancake after she added too much sneezing powder. And Gloop? Well, he had somehow created a star that sang show tunes but flickered like a broken lightbulb. When the timer rang, Stellarion surveyed the creations. Luna’s pancake-star sizzled sadly. “It’s… unique,” Stellarion said diplomatically, though he muttered “better suited as a nebula topping.” Pyro’s overcooked star was still spinning wildly, emitting bursts of disco-light flares. “Impressive enthusiasm, but I wouldn’t stand too close.” Finally, Gloop unveiled his creation. The star belted out “I’m Still Glowing” in perfect harmony, sending ripples of light across the cosmos. It was mesmerizing… for about ten seconds before it imploded into a black hole, dragging Gloop’s hat into oblivion. Stellarion sighed. “Well, none of these are exactly stable. But Gloop, for sheer entertainment value, you’re this week’s winner!” Gloop oozed happily, sucking up what was left of Luna’s pancake for a snack. As the contestants packed up, Stellarion chuckled to himself. The universe didn’t need perfection; it needed a little chaos, a lot of light, and the occasional singing star. And so, the galaxy continued to shine, not just with stars but with laughter echoing through the cosmos.

Out here I’m 30 minutes from EVERYTHING. lol I see some really wild skies! I know how drowned out the stars become from so much light pollution so glad you stop by and check out the videos. I believe big aurora is coming soon with all the solar activity, stay tuned!

How are you so sure? This was pulsing green and flying way lower than airplanes do. Any idea how a satellite would be flying through the air without its own propulsion systems? Did you know Starlink is 340 MILES UP? Ever seen a flashlight from 340miles away; furthermore did you know Starlink satellites are about the size of a picnic table… now put a flashlight on a picnic table and go 340 miles back and tell me what that looks like…

The Littlest Adventure In a cozy barn, Mama Hen hatched six fluffy chicks: Pip, Peep, Chirp, Cluck, Dot, and the littlest, Puff. Puff was tiny and often stumbled while trying to keep up with her siblings. One sunny morning, Pip and Peep discovered a hole in the barn wall. “Let’s explore!” Pip chirped. One by one, the chicks squeezed through into the meadow-except Puff, who hesitated. “What if I get lost?” she whispered. “You won’t,” Chirp reassured her. Taking a deep breath, Puff joined them. Outside, the world was magical: flowers swayed, butterflies danced, and the breeze tickled their feathers. The chicks played hide-and-seek, but Puff tripped over her tiny legs and sat under a shady leaf. Suddenly, she heard rustling. A beetle was stuck on its back, legs flailing helplessly. Forgetting her shyness, Puff hurried over. “Don’t worry, I’ll help!” With a gentle nudge, she flipped the beetle upright. “Thank you, little chick,” said the beetle. “You’re very brave.” Puff felt proud. When she rejoined her siblings, they cheered for her courage. That evening, back in the barn, Puff wasn’t just the littlest chick-she was the little hero of the meadow.

Look at those oversized floppy ears-it’s like this little German Shepherd ordered the deluxe ear package before realizing their head hadn’t caught up yet! They’re practically little satellite dishes, ready to tune into every squirrel within a five-mile radius. Adorably awkward now, but you just know they’ll grow into them and turn into the most majestic, head-turning pupper on the block. For now, though, they’re rocking the ‘ears first, body later’ look like absolute pros!

The only editing is stacking each picture and adding music. These images are raw! The star trails are created from pointing at Polaris(the North Star) and then stacking each image on top of the next one

Not often you can point a camera directly at the sun like this!

The snow stretches endlessly, a flawless blanket of white shimmering under the pale winter sun. Four German Shepherds charge toward you, their powerful bodies cutting through the drifts with ease, each step sending sparkling sprays of snow into the crisp air. Their eyes glint with excitement, ears perked and tails wagging as their breath puffs out in quick bursts, mingling with the chill. Each dog moves with its own rhythm, yet together they form a striking, synchronized wave of energy and joy. The snowy landscape amplifies their presence, their dark coats a vivid contrast against the icy expanse. As they close the distance, the ground beneath you seems to come alive, their boundless enthusiasm melting the winter stillness with pure exhilaration.

We got about 4 feet of snow a couple weeks ago ❄️❄️❄️

A winter campfire crackles in defiance of the frosty air, its flames a vivid dance of gold and crimson against the silvery backdrop of snow. The wood hisses as sap meets the heat, sending sparks spiraling into the star-studded sky. Shadows from the fire flicker on the surrounding trees, their bare branches glistening with ice like a cathedral of nature. The warmth radiates in waves, a welcome embrace against the biting chill, while the air carries the smoky aroma of burning pine mingled with the crisp, clean scent of winter. Each flicker of light feels like a heartbeat, bringing life to the stillness of the frozen landscape.

I’m not sure which one that is, maybe someone else will know? Jupiter is my guess..Very bright that’s for sure!
