What amazes me is after the shocking amount of talk show hosts who were revealed to be running a toxic workplace in the last few years and were themselves pretty horrible human beings, the more I learn about Conan the more I understand why he's not one of them. I've been laughing at his jokes since I was a kid enjoying the golden era Simpsons early seasons so I'm glad he thrives while all the others get cancelled. And even more glad he survived the backstabby behaviour from Leno. As much as I like the guy and his Garage show is often excellent, that's a real blemish on him.

I remember when this came out 15 years ago, I had never seen Sona before. Definitely had a crush; her personality and that thick curly hair are still terrific even now. But in 2024 she’s relatively famous in her own right, we know her FAMILY thanks to things like the Armenia travelogue, Tak exists in story form like Maris from Frasier, and Conan treats Mikey & Charlie like they’re his own grandsons. It’s so funny to think there was a time the fandom didn’t know her name, and/or she was relatively backstage. Not no more 😂 CONaF is the best show going, and I’m so grateful we get an Act III in Conan’s career thanks to podcasting.

Conan is more responsible for ppl’s sense of humor than he or we will ever realize. Dude is literally a genius at comedy.

Honestly Conan seems like a shit boss that you have to be on eggshells around at all times. You can be super nice to fans but that seems to be a lot more self serving, benefitting his own image. I loved him before this, it's just quite suprising.

When I go to Bonnaroo I usually go to the comedy tent to sleep, it's air conditioned, dark and quiet half the time. I didn't even know he was going to be performing till ppl started rolling in. It was so damn funny. Great suprise that year.
