Thanks for the help. I have a stack of cases I need to use goo gone on. I have the liquid. Will it still work ok if I use Q-tips? Also, does the goo gone leave a smell? I was using an old goo gone, not realizing at first that it was old, which is probably why it smelled. I now have a new goo gone.

Totally agree. I hate when people talk in absolutes. There are so many ways to run a business and no one has perfected it....and not everything works for everyone. I'm an everything seller too. There is no way I could niche down as I would never be able to find enough of one category of item to sell and make what I do now.

I could see this encouraging feedback extortion. That would be the only negative to this idea. I think eBay should reverse negative feedback provided the seller has reasonably tried to make the situation right. The way it was up until recently.

I do like this method. I will say my experience has been that people who leave negative arent going to be happy with any resolution that is feasible for the seller. I know you mentioned at the end you dont think people will abuse this I just know as a smaller seller even a few people trying to take advantage can be frustrating.
