Could have been an epic battle had Hydra not started smoking in the first four seconds and then lose their flipper. Even without Endgame hitting them (as tiny as those hits were) I don't think Hydra could have made it 3 minutes without breaking down on its own. Endgame dodged a bullet here.
Look from 0:08 to 0:12 and you can see some smoke already puffing out of Hydra so this was already a harbinger.
