Looking good. What did you use for the trees on the backdrop? where can I get something like that? Thanks
I took some pictures of tree line then I copied and pasted it into paint adjusted it so that I could get two prints on one piece of photo paper then just cut them out and glue them on the wall and end thanks Bill! FYI, if you do this try to use a laser printer, not an inkjetbecause if it gets wet, the ink will run! I also went out and took pictures of Barnes and fields and that's how I do those cut them out and glue them on top of the trees I printed off hope this helps!
Do a tour and go very slow so we can enjoy it more! It looks great, but don't skip anything!
Greenlight makes 1/64 cars at a reasonable cost. They have nice details and a large variety. They are close enough to scale.

It's 50' down the outer walls with 3 40' islands.
That is a nice length. Plenty of area to put buildings, scenery and tracks. I like to build a 40' layout. Still trying to decide a good width for it.Well keep up the good work. Nice train layout.
I used to put the black weathering streaks down the center of my roads. But I noticed that's not what real roads look like so I redid them all one faded color.

Awesome work! I've used watercolor paper in the same way. Do you have any issues with adding scenery when adding wet scenic glue? Just wondering if that causes any issues with the posterboard. Love what you've done!!

Poster board is a great idea!! I had been using foam sheets but they are a bit quirky at crossings. Changing to poster board now!!! Thanks for the tip! - Brian

Great layout, I saw the "Eel River" in the title which really hooked me. I now suspect that there must be an Eel River in Indiana as it didn't really look at all like Humboldt Co. Ca, thank you anyway
