@maceymckenzie2654 fish and chips is british now that im thinking about I'm pretty sure it was first made by Portuguese, spanish, and other european refugees though the origin is highly contested and chicken Tikka masala is just indian lmfao Oh although I will say, don't quote me on this. Most british food origins are hotly contested, two people have two different stories on it. Like how Chicken Tikka masala is indian food adapted to the western pallete, it's kinda british

@MBS87.business.t-kg5dy I'd say jellied eel since it's classic but it doesn't present well on camera, I'd suggest trying out wellington since it's popular for a reason, toad in the hole (no Association with frogs), the old reliable sausage roll, Shepards pie is done really well usually but I've heard good things about the windmill, aside from that you can also tackle things like scotched egg though those aren't really a meal as much as one component. London has a lot of good eats so there's a lot to try.
