The piece of lining material in the video is not included with the strawberry growth bag, it was a step used in the video to showcase using the product indoors. However, the step is not necessary because if using indoors, additional containers may be needed to catch any drips. Because these 3 drainage holes may cause water and soil to pass through the bottom. For planting strawberries, drainage holes are needed to prevent root rot from occurring due to excessive watering and fertilizing.

Hi there!, that is not common. This could be caused by a number of factors. It might be that you have missed a step while assembling, you may have used the wrong Q screw for the R wheel or it could also be a factory fault. I would suggest you watch the video again to see if you missed any steps.

The same thing happened to me. Just back the screw out until it just long enough to hold the bearing but not so long it stops the wheel
