This does work on patch 1.68, just don't use it when an update comes out. Now I know that it's scary to turn off your antivirus but when you do it, you can just turn it back on. you have to save 2 times
If you have an amd card use dx12. Amd Cards run better on dx12 "all low settings" rather than performance mode only use performance mode if you have a nividia card. I recently found this out and i never get fps drops except when diving and my fps always stays above 240 with 229 and 1% lows of 170 ish average, when on performance mode it was 220 with 170 average before and 1% low of 40
ps 1440p literally cuts your fps in half sometimes if your main goal is fps use 1080p or stretched res.

It’s all personal preference, but I suggest switching ur sight color. The black dot will become invisible looking at most surfaces and bodies. I use a reddish pink or magenta color
