All players will benefit from playing a tour grade ball. Yes a high handicap player will not benefit as much as single digit handicap player will. However if you don't mind the extra cost even a high handicap player will receive some level of improvement using a tour grade ball. Especially around the greens.

I am really interested in these sorts of videos but as soon as I hear the AI voice, the video just loses all credibility with me and I fast forward to see which balls are recommended. For the record, I have a fairly slow swing speed but I find the Callaway Chromesoft suits me better than the Supersoft.

I am not quite sure what I should say about this. First your headline seems like a click bait headline because you say this is the best balls for a person with a SS of 70-80 and then for a couple of the balls you say they are better for those with a higher SS. Vice Pro Soft is definitely not for a golfer with a SS of 70-80 regardless of the compression. Another person with a SS of around 90 did a test of the Supersoft and found it very lacking around the greens with no check-up and with very poor durability.

I think they're still exclusive to Costco - seeing them on Walmart eBay or Amazon is just sets being resold

I owned this driver for less than 24 hours when rhe shaft broke. I contacted pinemeadow warranty and got a complete run around. At the end of if, they would not honor their product and did not replace the club. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! They have poor customer service and obviously do not care about their customers. You will be very disappointed if you waste your money on this company.

I had my only hole in one with a Srixon Soft Feel a couple of years ago but I'm currently playing the Bridgestone e12 as it has a superior feel at impact and an excellent flight pattern. I'm 75 now and can't generate the swing speed I once had.

I will give you what I learned directly from an engineer at one of the major equipment companies. I am not saying right or wrong, just passing this along. He said " I don't care what people tell you, the higher the compression the longer the ball will go. It may feel not to your liking, but that is how you will get the most distance"

A slow swing speed won't compress any of these balls enough to get the best out of them.

You said the iGotcha has a less durable spring and that's how it works so why did you choose it as your number one? Get the Callway, people, it's stronger and will last longer. I've had mine for 10-15 years and it's still working just fine. It's worth the extra money, easy. It pays for itself with all the free Pro Vs you'll find.

Tip for senior golfers with slo swing speed it's not the ball you need to move up a tee box most courses these days have a set right behind the ladies which is where we need to be some even have a combo set the game will become more fun when you don't need a five wood for your second shot on all par fours at the same time you will be able to keep up a decent pace of play and not drive the younger guys crazy behind you nothing worse than slow play.

I'm seeing this a lot, people confusing a low compression golf ball with a soft ball. Historically, the term soft has been reserved for strikes which do not compress the golf ball, yet still provide the player with a high level of control due to a soft outer layer.
