If you are experiencing financial hardship, you will need to request for application waiver from the school. And if your request is granted, you will in turn get a code from them. Study abroad is a YOU mindset. Analyze your goals and create an action plan for yourself. I would want you to think about what you want for yourself. Do I want to transfer to another college to complete my degree? Do I complete my degree in my home country and purse a master's or doctoral degree immediately? You need to ask yourself those questions. But for the main time, invest your time to research schools in your field, check their funding support page to see the funding package they have available, and do not forget to gather application materials that will make you stand out.
