Hi Appleseven, actually we just changed out our gravity bulk bins and wanted to give people a simple, instructional video on how to use them, especially with glass jars, which is what they are designed to accommodate (but you can still use bags if you prefer.) Now, instead of pulling the lever, customers will push the spout to release the product. We're pretty happy about the new set-up, which we hope will encourage folks to re-use their containers!
