It took me a month to finish this process! Sometimes the chat didn't work and getting help took a while. Read the instructions once, twice, three times if necessary (critical). The section to download documents have specific format and size requirements. This is my 3rd time getting a Visa and never before have I been so stressed to complete it. But, I want to go so I did what was required! Happy travels :-)
