A ways consult with your doctor. My superpowers Have been the ability to calm Adapt adjust modify keep learning. My Superpower has been to realize the dynamics of Multiple sclerosis. That this chronic neurological degenerative disease has many presentations and many phases. That many times It changes unexpectedly. But I have discovered different ways to adapt adjust modify keep learning Maintaining Hope and understanding that my daily goal is just to get through the day that sometimes it's easy and sometimes it's very challenging. Hey Shawn, MS pain presents in different forms, burning, stinging cramping etc… recently bottom of my foot dull sharp dull ache , ice helps, go figure. I actually have developed a high tolerance take occasional Tylenol but have experienced pain, can’t breath can’t move don’t touch me. MS, Many Symptoms oh yeah just saw a neurologist who stated in her practice THC you know marijuana seemed to be the best for some of her pain stricken MS patients. Everyone Needs to find what works for them, Best Wishes 💕☮️❤️💪

It’s been about 40 years, My MS started when I was 28 this year I’ll be 68. Now, I’m not 28 anymore, not depressed, not confused, Not scarred, oh sorry, I’ll calm down🤘☮️. I’m on chill learning enjoy living as I grow. Oh yea💪after I calmed down, I continued to learn to live with MS, many symptoms, all the changes, symptom management etc…eventually, realized making you tube videos was making a difference.
