My gut instinct have been telling me that my daughter who is a drug addicted. This guy. Is controlling her this with his drug and I think he’s gonna try to hold her hostage because he’s obsessed with her and I’ve tried to tell her, but she will not listen but my mother intuition told me my daughter is gonna die soon as she don’t get away from this guy.

My biggest struggle is drinking. Always has my mom always said it would be the hardest thing to over come. And its true, I love everyone equally.

My belt buckle. 100 . I practice Chi Gong, I make a rare chuck eye or rib eye with boiled potatoes and asparagus with tomato and balsamic glaze, I journal though not as frequently as I should. I turn bowl, vases, candle sticks, and ornaments on the lathe, I enjoy nature every day and I begin and end each day with thankfulness no matter what the day brings or has brought, I meditate , sing positive songs, listen to uplifting music and podcasts and read every chance I get.

I had to respond I am a souviver of trauma so I had to go to we are souvivers Manchester uk it saved my life we have to ge get help fot to long I let it kill me off.

I walk 3 miles just about everyday after work and listen to motivation speeches while I walk to clear my mind. 3 other tips that I do and recommend is read God's word,pray, and worship before bed and though out the day; set goals for yourself; get a good night rest.
