shadow pokemon are overall way way stronger...why would you purify that (a 0,0,0 shadow is better than a 15,15,15 normal)

Yeah no. He did everything right. Throwing Superpower and lowering your stats this early would have been a mistake.

I have read the Pokédex entries for these Mega Pokémon and it looks like that Mega evolution can torture most Pokémon
