You can do a raid in probably 20 mins with a 90% chance of purple, invocation 500-700 turn softcore on so 100% you finish the raid even if you disconnect or die. tumeken had 1 in 24 chance if I remember correctly so about 25-50 raids but hey maybe you get lucky like me and get it at 1 kc. But you get a rare voucher meaning you can pick tumeken, tbow or scythe, whichever one you want.

I couldn't even upload it yesterday because my internet was so bad. I would've done inferno too yesterday but I kept lagging out and died twice.

first of all, learn english. "tanks"... you mean artillery? Barragers? Healers are terrible for assaults, they're only for maintenance. I'll take 20 reapers or sarges and 5 healers vs your 25 healers, guess who will win. Healers heal a lot slower than other units can do damage. They only shine when you are not getting attacked. And as clearly shown in the video, I get attacked constantly. You think I can just split my army into 2 groups. You want me to overcome an enemy who has infinite money, while trying to cross a narrow bridge to his base, destroy his troops AND his base? But my troops will constantly attempt to damage his bulky base, the base itself soaks up a lot of damage, you can use it to hide behind, I used this tactic in the video too and it would've worked if the game didn't bug out. You can't "advance slowly" because the enemy will immediately outnumber and destroy you. I was "advancing slowly" using firestorms which are great for defending, but they can get overwhelmed in a 1 vs 7 fight. And you think I can just defend my base with half an army, versus 1-6 computers. I can do it with less, but not with your shit tier tactic. About 1-3 healers, 2-5 barragers, 5-10 firestorms. They're very good for defending. "big soldiers". You're so inexperienced that you don't even know the names of the troops. Reapers? Sarges? Who cares. How about you make a video and show us how to do it properly. You come up with this fantasy unrealistic strategies with zero proof that they work.

iso files were back in the day when you had to "mount" them as fictional drives, with software such as "daemon tools" I uploaded on www.mediafire.com/file/a5a11ofss2natxo/Dark+Colony+(with+Council+Wars+addon).rar or if it doesn't work, I can upload again. You shouldn't need to mount any iso files or such. And it should work on windows 10.

1) It´s 1 versus 7. 2) He had not only the amount of res at 500% but also the flow. That is something the computer can work with quite well. Amount 500% and flow at 25% and you can have an easier time. The AI is quite weak with that setup.

@@sechsauge that's not a "cheat" and your statement is correct. I went as far as to try and use 500% flow and 25% ammount, 1v1, meaning it's harder for me as a human to constantly check my expoiler when it's finished and to move it around to a new hole, whereas the computer instantly monitors and macros this.

You'd have to do it from the ground up, starting from zero. It's not some super complicated stuff but would require a lot of time and some solid coder to make a real time strategy game engine. Then you'd have to script the AI, would require a lot of time, trial and error, I'd totally be willing to do it if I had the tools, but it would be done for free. And the graphics can just be taken from the files, a lot of them are in bitmap form so not too hard to take from the game. But don't compare it to what blizzard did with d2... it was an utter disgrace. We were promised full modding support and all we got was a game that you couldn't multi log or use d2se on. Go try to use the old mods. You can't. Blizzard doesn't care. They just wanted some eyecandy graphics for the gen z kids and a quick buck.

correct, that difference is basically double damage when you are on a tight bridge with reapers/sy-demons waiting in line. 2 reapers hitting 1 sy-demon at a time. Of course, you have to macro. Apart from that, the dropship from the colonel is extremely overpowered compared to the abduction of the alien commander/ximal that can barely remove a few foot soldiers And the only other difference that I know of, is that most human units see better at daytime (except sarges/ghom) while aliens see better at night. But you always start during the day, so I also take that as an advantage for humans. P.s. this is irrelevant to AI since they do not "see" anything, not the map, not the fog. They "feel" things out, for example, they know where you click and what units you're moving, but they will not actively decide to seek nearby units that you have, "just because it's nearby" i.e. if you undeploy an expoiler and put it in a nearby corner. But if you are within the a.i.'s aggression area, he will seek your units out. It's not relative to their sight range at all. So for example if you are behind some tree, in a forrest, or behind a cliff, you can't see the enemy but he can feel you out.

thanks but I don't use space, I use the arrow keys to move the camera instead. alt/ctrl to select only ground/air units, or F1 F2 F3 etc keys to select certain unit types. It would, however, be possible to use a software like "keytweak" to reassign your keyboard keys to something easier to use, for example WASD to move the camera.

@@c64cosmin here's another thing that you won't learn from the videos, the AI can actually semi-see the entire map. He always peridically patrols the shortest paths between petra 7 points. So you could potentially hide your unit nearby, which is what I sometimes try to do with a brozar. Move him away from the petra 7 when I can't guard him, and wait about 10-30 seconds, then his unit will go to some other petra 7. The AI also has high priority for the broozar, and he can sort of see where you click your units. So sometimes you can send a distraction broozar in one area so that the dumb AI sends his entire army after him, while you move your army. The AI can easily intercept your clicks and go to wherever you're trying to attack before you reach there. This whole deal is especially bad on the "circle of friends" desert map, that 6 hour video fight from earlier, hence why I try not to put expoilers on the petra 7. The AI quickly knows and sends his armies to destroy them. I try to minimize the defence points, as few as possible, and use my base for defence, since the base has very high hitpoints compared to a broozar, and the enemy tends to get distracted and prioritize hitting my base instead of my units. Hence why I prefer on "hole in the middle" map to quickly send my broozars in the middle, before the enemy has lots of units that can intercept my broozars and kill them, and also the broozar near my base is left very vulnerable. Those few minute that the AI spends trying to destroy my base are extremely precious, and buys me enough time to get some efficient units like groms or xenoworts. My weakness are the siege/artillery units, barrager/atril, they have high range and EXTREMELY high damage. The fact that the enemy can just constantly send units to soak damage and scout, makes the artillery very hard to get to and kill. My defence against ai is the xenoworts+healers for defence, and artillery with upgrade 2 for extra range (the weapon upgrade 1 and 2 increase their range) with 1-2 squares space between your artillery unit and the xenoworts. I try to leave 1 square space between my xenoworts to minimize the damage from the enemy artillery.

@@llVIU that is supee insightful, the only thing that I can share, is that an ortu/osprey can destroy the main base (the one to the left) if you approach it from the left, I remeber using that as a kid all the time, dunno if it got patched, but approaching a base from the left will render that one unit invisible, you will be able to camp it there until that base is destroyed

@@c64cosmin I didn't knew about that bug before, maybe make a video to demonstrate it. I use "free cam 8" to record, set to resolution 640x480. I wouldn't use that bug abuse myself though.

the drop ship is is just a plain cheating method, since you can do it but computer/aliens can't. The alien abduction is far inferior. Same way with the reapers... what advantage do sy-demons have in return? nothing. That's how games were back then, slightly bias towards human races. I'll try my hand at grays 1 vs 7 next, armageddon map. Including the losses

so your genius advice on getting the combat achievement where you're NOT SUPPOSED TO GET DAMAGED BY MELEE, is to... go sit in the melee range of the minion and tank his hits, while at the same time risk getting melee'd by kree. And somehow you're saying "kree can't melee you" but you're intentionally putting yourself in the riskiest possible way of getting him to melee you. No, I can't tank the melee hits of the minion, he has probably 20% chance of damaging me and I take probably 20 of his hits. I got a better solution, how about you put your money where your mouth is, use my gear and stats, show me how this works 10 times in a row (in the game settings you can set it to show when a combat achievement fails or redone), and then I'll say "ok I was wrong, you're right" because at this point I'm gonna state... you're either stupid or trolling.

I wanted to try something new and different, "can you just pray melee and tank range hits" turns out the answer is no, you get stacked 60+60s But you gotta admit, my method of "just pray melee to avoid melee damage" makes some sense, but your "just go in melee range and not pray melee" makes no sense. Like I said in the description, the whole point of chinning was to encourage kree to melee you, which I'm praying melee against. You see him in the video meleeing me like 4 times in a row while I click around like shit, I can't even combo eat Lastly, no, what you said is NOT "correct" to do, in fact is is objectively wrong as pointed in my previous comment. I would make a more indepth video on all these things and more, such as the proper way to melee zebak. Everyone gets it wrong and not only that but in public games I get the most insane arrogant replies, telling me to stfu, for simply telling them that zebak can still hit them, running back and forth doesn't always help, and how to safely melee. I already made a more extensive (albeit low quality) invocation list explanation but since it's extremely unpopular, there was no incentive for me to put more of an effort into explaining toa more indepth. And it's unfortunate since there are several terrible misconceptions such as "hurr durr akkha feeling special is free" (said by the idiots who IMMEDIATELY plank at akkha from FS). Heck, I would go with people to train akkha dt fs kb but no one wants to do it. Toa is not popular enough.
