Hi, I have (maybe 😂) a weird question. Did you takie the skis and orther equipment from home or bought it in Finland? I guess its not possible to take it if im gonna go by ✈️ but I love summer sports. What would recommend?
I assume you are referring to the cross-country skis? I rented them once from Drakkarsport, but it is also possible to rent them from the university, which is much cheaper (somewhere, never did that). If you're early, another option would be to buy some at SPR Kontti (second hand shop).

Hi! I’m doing my Erasmus next year in LUT do you have any advice? Like which dorms to take or things like that? Thanks for the video! It’s awesome!
Hi, I guess my experience at the LUT was kind of special because of the Corona situation. As far as I can tell nearly every Erasmus student was living at Karankokatu 4. Based on that I would recommend that too. But I guess in years where more things are happening at the university site, staying at the campus is also a nice option. Because everyone has to take the bus to the city anyways, I would recommend a room in the city center. :)
Oh and if you are staying during the spring semester, get ice skates and cross-country skies at the second hand store in Lappeenranta at the beginning of the semester. That way you might get a chance to get one in your size. At least buying some ice skates was definitely a good decision from my perspective.
