Update, the build layout still works, you just have to delay building the barracks until after the lycan wave.

This was recorded on the iOS version of the game. I haven’t tested it recently to see if it still works

You are totally right! Nevertheless I tend to not grind hero levels in my walkthroughs as some won’t have this specific hero (teleport may be too overpower for this kind of play) or would had trouble micro managing it!

You are welcome! Haha I figured other guides (mine included) had some sort of bias because of the plant level so I had to make this one!

You are right. It does not make any difference. But since the challenge includes max level 3 upgrades it does not hurt to have those stars in artillery in case you happen to need it for some reason!

Once you have the seeds required for said plant just go to the little book on the top left, look for the plant you want to upgrade and have the resources to do so, select it and upgrade it it should cost some coins. Also, you can check which plants you can upgrade because there is a big green thunder in a blue background next to it!

If you are looking for the remaining seed you need. Replay some Wild West levels for piñatas! It should take you no time

This was done on the mobile version 😅 I just tested it and it works, but I can see how the first wave may be hard. To make it easier you can skip all together the supercharged bolt upgrade and get musketeers and shrapnel shot earlier. That’ll help with that wave! Let me know if that helps and you are able to beat it!

@@MangoGameplay1 Yeah, it works great as the first upgrade. There's a limit on how much they can steal from one enemy, so I'm not sure if the second level upgrade is necessary on this mission, since you get mostly weak enemies with very small bounty. The wiki says it's maximum of 1/3rd of enemy's bounty and no more than 3 coins. So for all the desert thugs and hounds they get just 1 coin regardless of the upgrade level. I'm thinking getting just one upgrade on the first barrack would work best. If you think about it, what do you need the coins for? You want to do damage, but how much damage you'll do if you upgrade something at the end of the last wave? Not much if at all, right? So the return on investment from the pickpocketing should optimally be way earlier, so that the tower you bought for it gets to shoot some targets. This way this upgrade makes a positive impact on the game. It doesn't really matter how much it earns by the end of it, only how fast the ivestment pays off. Alternatively you can spend the $100 on counterattack and get immediate difference that lasts the rest of the game.

Swamp Things appear every time one of your elementals dies and sometimes if your hero or barracks troops dies something happens too!. Be careful. I think that would be the only difference

@@MangoGameplay1 yes you are right. If one dies it kind of snowballs in a bad way. Because of the specificity of that map I prefer staying away from using golems on these maps as these are the only maps with a massive drawback in having your golems die. I found another approach which I thought was very straightforward. Thanks for the videos.

@@HadrienLBB I agree that not using elementals would be wiser haha. But for some reason I'm always kind to use them in every other level

It should work regardless of your plant levels. If your lightning reeds are higher level than the guacodiles, I recommend using it instead
