how do you find the bass between the 2? which one has better bass?

heard many RCF models and they are all maaaaddd in terms of clarity, loudness and bass. but very expensive.

RCF sounds more transistor radioish, Mackie more low mids/lows more full and smooth.

Ok ppl is u wana see the real beast in the mackie install a new woofer into it either a 18sound or a Eminence i have the older mackie thump 15a i change the woofer and it made a huge difference i can put it longside any yorkville within that range .. it literally make my ev zlx sounds like it wasnt playing atall

If we talk about quality I would say both are good because they are good and professional speakers but if we talk about power, Mackie will win because this Mackie speaker, at least the Mackie srm 215 is rated 2000 watts rms and 136 dB Spl and the rcf is rated 1400 watts between both and spl is 130 db

Hi, can you tell me what is your seat popup system? Did you installed it yourself?

I’ve always heard people talk about how amazing RCF speakers are online but TODAY I had the opportunity to listen to both the ART-912A and ART-915A at Guitar center for a couple of hours against the other speakers in the Sound room. I was blown away by the clarity! The best way I can describe these speakers 🔊 is imagine IF an Audiophile or another discerning Listener decided to get out of their seat and DJ /Perform LIVE this would be their speaker. LOL 😆 I could literally listen to these RCF’s connected to my Turntable playing Coltrane, Miles Davis or Milt Jackson for HOURS on end. I’ve been looking at the EV ELX200 & EKX series speakers but I might be going RCF ART-912 instead paired with an 18” Sub

The rcf 915s are the 715s with a more present bass and less present midrange. Nothing more, nothing less.

Mackie used to own RCF and EAW, I believe they started making speakers after they bought both companies. They've sense been bought by a group that first bought RCF from Loud Technologies (Makie Parent Company), and then bought back EAW. RCF made a lot of the EAW high powered drivers in the past.

The RCF sound good, but the overall features/connections are pathetic against the Mackie
