Simple desert that goes well with any outdoor cook. Only regret with this one is I wished I would have used peaches with a heavy syrup. Ice cream is a must with this dish. Let me know if you try this how yours turned out! I used PitBoss Competition Pellets for this cook...

We took a field trip down to Carpenter Family Farm in Wadesboro, NC. The Carpenters are a family owned and operated Angus Beef farm that produces top quality Angus Beef. When they say Family, they mean it! Steve and Nichole along with their two children Maddie and EB keep the ship running not to mention they know what they're talking about when it comes to cows. Hope you like the video and make...

Hit me up if you need an impartial food taster...lol...
You got it! Don't be late tho, everything gets eat up quick around here. Thanks!
Good video! I'm in the same boat between my real work and hobbies. I just moved and picked up the pit boss vertical smoker and don't have any experience. This was helpful and appreciate the time you spent making it! lol love the trays also - I'm a huge fan of those for a variety of things.
Thanks! It's an extremely controlled heat when it's running because of the insulated panels. Cooked a ton of food on it and hasn't let me down yet! Shoot a video of your next cook and Let me know how yours turns out!
First Timer here love your laid back down home channel. That was my first smoker 30+ years ago. Would love to know how much meat was cooked on it. Finally gave it to deer camp for a slow cooker /warmer,couldn’t get thermostat or parts for it. Must have cooked hundreds of meals . Have small one I bring camping has two racks a pulled pork/ rib cooking machine and it gets to 325-350 so I cook most anything.
Welcome to the Chanel! This one is about 20ish years old. I hear a lot of folks having trouble with the electronics in them but so far, she keeps going. Thanks!
How long in the smoker? The timing gets cut off
Aim for 18min and check the bottom for burning. This one was about 21min.
Chicken thighs are the best part of the bird, always juicy and so much flavor, especially on a smoker 😊😊 absolutely delicious 😋 😍 thank you so much for sharing 😋 😊 ❤Annie
Title text here lol
I know right! Didn’t see that til it was posted so I said heck with it. Thanks!!!
Is barbecue season family time to get down
I use kitchen shears when trimming up chicken it seems to work a tad faster
My wife had some years ago but before I got into cooking I used them to cut something up in the shop so they're no more..lol. Thanks!!!
Muito bom compartilhamento, continue sempre assim atrás dos seus sonhos
Heck yeah man! Richard @Justcookthedamnfood is awesome! He puts together great collaborations. Your Sheppards pie looks great! #50 brother! Nobody likes odd numbers. ✌🏼👍🏼
That's what's up brother! Love it when Richard @justcookthedamnfood calls us all out. Gets our ole creative bone in our head's to turning! Thanks
Stymie, I love the smoked take on this, it looks incredible, brother. Thanks for joining in.
Thank's for the invite on the collaboration! Always a hoot doing them.
That looks amazing. Drooling.😀
Thanks for the complement. Meat filling part of the gook was a bit involved but good flavor!
You're talking my language, cooked on the Pit Boss! Great looking pie.
Thanks! Smoke flavor was spot on and a fun pie to cook.
lol on the entrance. That pie looks delicious.
Thanks! It was a last minute shoot but turned out awesome!
Very nice, Stymie! I'd eat that!
Thanks. I knew it was good because the pan was empty, no leftovers.
This looks absolutely delicious 😋 😍 😊 i did what i called a shepherd's pie a while back and Holy cow did the comments come at me for calling it that lol...i used beef like you and was told it's a Cottage pie NOT a shepherd's since it wasn't lamb lol... but either way yours looks over the top fantastic 👌 😊😊 and on the smoker!!! I can just imagine the flavors you got into this pie 🥧 😊😊 I'm glad you were part of this collaboration and shared your wonderful recipe 👌 😊 my video will be up tomorrow 😋 😊😊 thank you so much for sharing dear friend 😊 😊😊 ❤Annie
Thanks Annie! Google definitely makes those mentions when typed in but turned out perfect!
Hey buddy, I started a St Paddy's collaboration, if you're interested, let me know.
Heck yea. What are you calling it?
You should really put water in the pan. It keeps you from having a grease fire. Chicken looks great.
Not the canned biscuits! Lol 😂. Biscuits from scratch are way better! Your biscuits look very delicious! We like our biscuits with grape jelly or country gravy! Great job 😊
Hard to beast a good buttered biscuit with Grape Jelly. 😀
I was just thinking about how good jelly would be on that bisquit and then you grabbed the bottle, nice job brother. They look great.
Jelly was the bomb and thanks! Sausage, egg and cheese would have been good as well. Good stuff!
These look fantastic 😍 😊I've made biscuits with sr flour and sour cream and they were delicious 😊😊i need to try yours with the heavy cream now 😊😊😊 thank you so much for sharing your wonderful and easy recipe 😋 😊 ❤Annie
Thanks! Adding the egg wash on top is like icing on the cake. I would note that I should have went just a hair heavy on the heavy cream. They were good but just a bit on the dry side. Outside humidity play's a big factor in mixing... Still a damn good biscuit!
Love spicey wings, those look great. Love your setup!!👍👍
Thanks! It's all threw together but it works!
Think I'm going to try this. Thanks.
Definitely my new "Go To"! let me know how it turned out.
I did 0-400 on my video. It was my third time trying this method and I love it. Nice job on the video. The wings looked great. New sub here.
Turned out so good we cooked another batch Sunday and they were as good as the video I shot. Thanks!!!
That Holy Voodoo is killer. I even put that in my Margaritas instead of salt. Those quarters looked great! Nice cook!
Just got a bottle of Texas Sugar for Fathers day but haven't used it on a cook yet. All their stuff is good! Thanks!!!
Well now that looks some kind of good. Though I can't have potatoes I know what I'll be trying at our next Smkoe Off for my side for my friends!!
Is that Carolina Treet a "grocery store" brand sauce? Always looking for new stuff to try. Wings looked really good!!!
We're located near Charlotte, NC and all the local grocery stores have it (Food Lion, Harris Teeter, etc.). I'll see if I can find a link. Main use for it is with BBQ during cooking but was the crowd favorite hands down on the wings when we ate them. Thanks. a.co/d/ik1DUvQ on Amazon
@@aquadalesmokebbqthanks for the link. Im gona try that for sure!!
These wings look absolutely delicious! New sub here. Keep up the great work 😊
Thanks! Really appreciate it! Try it and let me know how they turn out!
These look absolutely delicious 😋 😊😊 I'm glad to see your wings on this collaboration, helped me find your channel so you got a new friend and sub here 😋 😊😊 thank you for sharing your wonderful recipe 👌 😊 ❤Annie
Thanks! My first collaboration and enjoyed it. Got to give credit to where I got the recipe from. Of all the ones I watched Darren at Ashkicking BBQ's video was the one I liked the most, not that the others weren't good, but he gave me the idea of putting the sauce on them and then putting back in the smoker for the extra 15min. Thanks again!!!
I'm been wanting to try this method and damn, these look good. I have to try it now. Thanks for joining us brother and I love your set up.
They did turn out good and thanks! This was the first time I smoked wings like this so I didn't know how it was going to turn out but man, this is definitely my new method! Thanks for the invite to the collaboration, was fun!!!
I actually have the same 2 Pit Bosses that you have and love them.Joined your family brother, looking forward to more. Maybe get you to join in on some collaborations, we have a wing one coming up for January. Peace.
I've also got a PitBoss Tailgater that I take to the lake or beach camping. Fire that thang up in a campground and everyone starts looking to see where the smell of the pecan smoke is coming from. Cooked bacon on it one morning and had to feed a crowd! Would love to do a collaboration! Thanks for the comment.
@@aquadalesmokebbq I'm putting a wing collaboration together, make wings however you would like and post a video between January 24th thru the 27th. Just post with the hashtag #januwings, Are you interested?
Absolutely! I've got a smoked wing Recipe I've been wanting to try so I'm all in!@@justcookthedamnfood
@@aquadalesmokebbq Smoke them up brother.
I do happen to have the same two grills, great grills.
Two Pit Boss’s, I like that!!🫡
So far they have been solid smokers. "Smoke em if ya got em"! Thanks for the comment.
Looks excellent. Easy and delicious is the way to go. Especially for those of us that work crazy hours. Cheers!
It really is! Try one and let me know how it turned out.
That looks awesome. I love slaw. I’m definitely going to have to try this. Thank you to you and your wife for the recipe. Both of you have a nice persona and a natural way about you on camera. I also think that you have some nice video editing skills. That’s a lot going for your channel. Keep it up! Cheers Dave. BTW, I came across your channel accidentally. Others will too.😎
Wonderful cook! Those twice cooked potatoes look awesome and I’m sure they taste awesome also. Enjoying your videos! When you’re new to YT it’ll take a while for you to be found by other you tubers. But, be patient. It’s a slow process in the beginning, but the next thing you know it, your subscribers will grow, and your views will grow also. If I may make a suggestion, try to get to know some of the other RUclipsrs. Watch some of their videos, comment and let them know you’re out there. Most are very helpful and supportive and will steer others to your channel. Thank you for sharing your creative ideas. I have learned many things from people like you. That’s what I love about RUclips! Hang in there and cheers from Dave.🤘😎
Thanks Dave for the comment. Taking me a bit to figure out how to “operate” RUclips. Been on here for a long time with an account from a band I was in and it’s definitely different now from then. I’ve liked and subscribed to your channel and love what you’re doing over there. Cheers from Stymie over here at Aquadale Smoke!
@@aquadalesmokebbq thanks so much Stymie 😎👍. If you have any questions or need any help, just feel free to let me know.
Hello Mr. Aquadale! Welcome to RUclips! That was a well cooked butt! I love that Orion cooker. I have an Orion bullet smoker that I really like using. Keep up those good cooks. Subbed liked and rang the bell! Cheers from Dave over at Dabomb Smokes.😎🤘
Thanks Dave! Now you got me wanting a bullet smoker after checking out your channel!
