If you can empirically prove sin exists and that evil exist you can prove that sin is a coping mechanism. However religion is a coping mechanism for lack of evidence. I have evidence that doing things that negatively impact myself and others negatively affects us all, which is an evidence based ethic that is easy to use without coming anywhere close to coping for lack of anything.

God uses these hardships and feelings of being "self sufficient" to allow us to see that when we are reliant on ourselves, we easily fail and stumble, yet when we turn to Him, He is still waiting for us with open arms and wishes to show us His infinite strength and might that He has for us so we can pursue that relationship with Him and His will for us as Christians: To Spread the Gospel!

Repent actually means a change of mind, not turning from sin (Jonah 3:10 KJV) "And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not." An Unbeliever must change their mind in order to become a Believer in christ God is sinless & has no sins to turn from, and it shows that God sees turning from sins as a work, when we are saved by faith in Christ alone not of works least anyman should boast! You are correct that there are consequences as a believer for doing sins (Punishment on this life and a loss of heavenly rewards) but salvation cannot be lost! (Or proven to have never taken place) This is because they are sealed by the Holy Spirit! Soldier of Christ you seem to be putting faith in yourself for salvation (via repenting of sins) instead of trusting in the finished work of Christ as He shed His Blood as a sacrifice for all your sins! Please change your mind aka repent to trusting in Jesus alone for your salvation! And I am not saying that it's ok to sin: We shouldn't sin! But not because we might go to Hell but because it's the right thing to do! (And remember how I mentioned God can punish his Sheep in different ways such as loss of rewards in Heaven & punishment on this life? Believers in Christ are Heaven-bound no matter what they do!)

The crime and moral behavior stats show that Christians are basically the same as non-Christians except in the area of drugs and alcohol where they have a small margin of betterment. Christians consider all these crimes wrong but many non-Christians don't. This inherently creates hypocrisy. If the only difference between Christians and non-Christians is their beliefs and not their behavior then there's not a lot to be said.

Believe in Jesus Christ alone for salvation, obviously good works follow believing out of love for God, it is by grace toy are saved not by works lest any man should boast.

Thank you for making these. I was just in a cycle of straying away, but I found your channel and it brought me back to God. I was actually just asking to have some more patience in prayer, to wait on God. His timing is perfect :) I saw the testimony video, (which i should probably be writing this comment on) and I just want to say PLEASE keep going. I mean, I'm not some big popular youtuber, but I 100% see you growing and eventually getting that checkmark. Although, one of the things I really like about this channel is how you aren't one of those really popular "Righteous" guys, or someone who feels like is above us people looking for answers.
