maxtac is a joke, every enemy in this game is a meme by the time you get to the end of the story yes, i mean post 2.1 just because most of the people thinking the game's hard's builds suck, doesn't mean the game is actually hard, you all are just bad at building characters in rpgs because you have major autism

I mean you can beat them, one after the other but they're only that hard cause they basically cheating: First of all they might be MaxTac but that doesn't give them the privilege to have the health bar of god himself. The Sniper, keeps running even if you disabled his/her cyberware for movement, They're still able to see you even if you hacked their optics, they don't give a damn about the weapon glitch quickhack, the soldier has an accuracy that is totally fckd up with the AJAX he has. Also I would've loved it if you lose all 5 stars and the section of the city would be given up temporarly when you manage to defeat one squad.

They are a joke to my V who one shots them on the highest difficulty.

tbh am sad maxtac are supposed to be: you = dead ... your only options are supposed to be : run, hide and wish they don't find you; that's lore accurate maxtac. Decked out cyberpsychos just waiting for a dumb dumb like you (the player) to do something really stupid and them getting green lit to give you that moon trip you always wanted... for free ...without the spaceship ride

Taking MaxTac at Lvl 10 is just plain 'not smart' but wait till level 40 or above with new cyberware and they are very manageable. When you take down one squad, another comes ruching, they just keep coming at you.

Just get on high ground. They still cannot follow you. Any high ground without direct shooting line and that’s it.. it even their grenades hit you.

I never get why youtubers leave the vehicle they're riding in videogames when things get dicey. You're giving up on a protective shield that makes you much faster and can cause damage to enemies by running into them. Even more so when it's a weaponized vehicle, like in this case.

They are tough, but to be fair... you didn't even try XD

In the beginning of the game they are hard, yes. But once your reach level 50-60 you can beat them easily, even on hard. Haven't tried psycho though.

My only complain is that is really hard to fight maxtac when the rest of the police force is also shooting at you. Outside of that, yeah, these fuckers are genuinely terrifying
