Yes, that nonskid was done by Catalina in 1989.
Wow! What a gorgeous boat! I've been in the market for a boat like this for quite some time. I'm still saving but this is my ideal boat so If it's still available when I get the money, you can surely expect a call. Also, you guys did such a great job with the tour! It drives me crazy how bad most yacht brokers are at showing off a boat. I'm glad you're not like the others.

I almost bought one while I was in the Navy. The reason I didn’t was that I couldn’t find a live aboard slip, only buoy. Not good for active duty requirements.

The boat would’ve looked nice on the other 2/3rds. of my screen.
A wide angle lens or a GoPro in 16x9 wide mode would have really shown off the spaciousness of the boat.
Catalina remembered a stainless steel bathroom sink.

You can get one this clean and in the general shape for about 25k in Florida, without much of an issue.

As you pointed out, the cabin in our Ranger was laid out differently. On a recent trip to SF, went out on SF bay on my nephew's brand new Axopar 28. What an unusual little boat and great fun! Fast, nimble. Still prefer sailing though.

Can a Williams Jet tender 280, smallest one, fit it the tender garage?
Hi Rodger, I would need exact measurements but the garage is pretty large so a nice sized tender usually has no problem fitting. I just got another Bavaria C45 in stock here at our docks in San Diego. It sold for just over $300K. There was no trailer. Please let us know if you would like us to help you locate a Ranger Tug of your own!

I live in lots of rain and 24 years old Daughter’s are famously difficult to get out sailing in an open boat in the rain and I use my Sailboat ⛵️ for something my Daughter is interested in so I can get some time with her and my Grandson so…God Bless.
