Bruh, all push clamps are gonna do that. Surface damage can easily by avoided by using a spacer between the clamp and the workpiece.

Yes, you just need to make c'bored tapped holes and mount clamping screws, then start machining! You can remove the workpiece and mount the another one just by rotating the locking screw of the modules.

The stops in the video are custom-made. We have some standard stops but our customers make custom stops which fit the workpieces in many cases. Making a custom clamp is very difficult but a custom stop is easy.

You are right. When you stack two or more modules, the rigidity becomes lower. We recommend to use single module as long as your workpiece does not interfere with fixture plate or cutting tool.

It look's like a real versatil and use full product if you think ahead in your design planning.

If you use the biggest or 2nd biggest jaw, you can cut it by 25 or 20mm. Please note the clamping stroke decreases a little bit in your second use.
