Please put your cats on carnivore as well. One of my cats got diabetes from eating dry cat food. The canned cat food has lots of sugary syrup in it too.

Please, please, PLEASE DONT DO THIS!!! Overdosing on protein forces the liver to produce this thing called UREA!!! In case you didn't know, Urea is VERY TOXIC to humans. Fun fact: the person who invented the Carnivore diet passed away DUE TO THIS!! Humans are Omnivores, embrace it.

I was going to try this and it’s so bad for long term heart health that I decided against both this and keto. Make healthy choices, count calories and portion control. It’s the only way to be successful in weight loss. You won’t gain it back

The hard part of this diet is probably the cost, chicken is probably do-able if your buying drums/thighs for under $2/lb pork might be doable too for around the same price, but turkey and beef would be hella expensive
We live by a meat market with great discounts! My only saving grace😭
The easy part is you dont have to eat that much. I ate once a day. 1 lb of any beef, chicken or fish with 5 eggs. I was good til the next day. Longest I went without feeling hungry was a little over 48 hrs.
Honestly i would say no bacon as the fat content makes you gain cholesterol

Now I have a retired "barn cat", a black longhair cat, and an orange girly who sleeps by me and is my bonded girl. Both Barney (barn cat) and Blackie (black cat) protect Maisey. Feel free to check the videos I have on my channel. I have a community post for my late father's channel (he was the black cat's bonded human)
