Agreed, great way to end their season / high school career. I'm going to miss filming our kids doing what they do.

If you're who I think you are, certainly. The files are too large to email so about the only option I can think of is to use a USB drive and have my son give it to you...which opens it up to any other videos you might want. Ideas? Good race BTW, I'm glad I was there to see it.

I can't say if one was required but I can say that I didn't sign one. Mr. Observant I'm not but I don't recall seeing any related postings or having any interactions that spoke to restrictions.

Solid question. For me, no since I grew up in CO and have different expectations. Then again, to meet those expectations I'd have to drive 9+ hours. So sure, but make a day of it.

Yes, but their dietary regulations required us to purchase the treats there. I was hoping to hand out watermelon but that didn't happen.

@Maxxarcade I've got a pretty good sniffer and I didn't pick up on any noticeable odors with maybe two exceptions and they weren't unpleasant and weren't even in any of the fox yards. We were expecting a muskiness but, no.

Sad face for disappointing you. In hindsight I should have opened with the video we did get instead of rolling it at around 0:35-37. Thanks for ALSO posting a link to their official site; I jammed all their info in the post's description since I mainly wanted to promote their rescue.

It's not just a fox thing. We usually only see our teenager when food is involved.

@kathleen mcallister I wanted to see him the most and was so glad we did. I probably fed him the most. He ate from my palm but the others took treats from between our thumb and forefinger. Val is a real gentle soul.

Sadly no. He did pee at the doorstep we were sitting near. Speaking of peeing, I think it was Jagger who tried mark my wife which is high praise from what we were told.

Merri yes (she's great) but Mikayla no. The other voice was my wife whose fox-voice does sound like Mikayla's now that you mention it.

@lola the butterfly Nope, not Lakeville. They're still in MN though. I'd narrow it down but they generally don't advertise their location because, believe it or not, there are a holes that don't have the best of intentions. That's not to imply you fall into that grouping...they can read though. 😉

We did a terrible job, sorry, when it came to taking pictures and video. Interacting with them as much as possible trumped getting the 'shot' particularly when they were way more interested in the treats being handed out than posing. That and I absolutely bombed using my wife’s camera’s phone. I know, I suck.

The treats were a powerful motivator and the only reason they came close; we were lucky to sneak a feel despite wanting to love all over them. Not complaining, what we got was awesome.
