    At one time or another we are young and our kimbs supple and strong. Please present forms that can address people who are 60,70,80. In old age then you can say if the exercise is effective,but while you are still in the peak of youth,certainly you can perform any of these forms. But the young dont need them but the aging ,sickly and tired do. So not for presentation purposes but what these tai chi forms can serve to really help people. Thank you.

    Please do not confuse and use the word Tai Chi. These are normal physical exercises and there is no need to wear costume to give the wrong impression. Sad.
