You can do but might as well do the same on the side. Or just max what you can do on the weak side until it catches strong side

Work on your ankle mobility. Search on RUclips for exercises
In the past, people used to stand on their toes throughout the whole squat. I personally like it for the extra burn, but heels on the ground can be more stable for heavy weights

That’s okay. Can you do a goblet squat? Or a hack squat?
I would try stretching and opening up your chest before squatting. Work on that mobility through there

or in simple words, just place it where the feet points straight down in the straight position of the hip thrust why these instructions

Don't worry, it's just an exercise. And also people don't really pay attention to you because they are focused on themselves. Everybody in the gym is there to better themselves.
You’ll be sweet😊 it may look awkward but it’s a common exercise. If you’re still unsure ask a trainer to help you out or someone that is doing that exercise
