Some key points here about Trust today. Listening is the starting point. Give your time, and your attention, without expecting anything in return, and just notice how much comes back to you. We are experiencing a deficit of trust, and it is imperative we get it back.

All excellent and highly relevant observations, these are the areas that demand (IMO) just as much focus as the logistics of leading others, Emotional intelligence is another attribute that will be found wanting in many in these unprecedented times as the landscape has changed, markedly, forever so title and old mgmt. styles will not suffice. Many will simply be incapable of meeting this new ‘standard’ and the fallout from this will become more evident over time, regardless of the brand and size of the form. Watching 👀

Great talk! Most corporate boards today indeed lack right skillsets for and are ill-prepared for the challenges of the 4th industrial revolution. I beleive they should invite more entrepreneurs to join them to bring agility and entrepreneurial thinking.
