I saw that commercial on TV during my childhood days.😃📺
0:02 what the he's Just say?
My viewing of that digital ink and paint looks like this was made in like 2001 or 2002. Even though this was made somewhere in the mid-90s.
i remember this, back in third grade the teacher used to read stories to the class and she would give us snacks after and these snacks were one of them
good job the koala saying STRAWBERRY has stuck in my brain since my childhood
My dad has been going crazy looking for the peanut butter ones and I have searched the internet high and low and found nothing about peanut butter not even in any other brands and this is all I found does anyone else remember them
not even snack food was safe from american-sonicizarion
I wish I could learn more things from you John. I am inspired. 🙂.

No, this looks very 90s.
@@marvy3022 oh, maybe it was just me
To think, I had these as a kid but then they stopped selling them Funny thing is, you can still find them just as japanese so its like they never left.
Oh man I remember eating those & I'd get chocolate a lot of the time those were so good.
I love the way you animated the moose.
MichaelSar12IsBack thank you. It took over a week to animate that gallop scene. Normally you start with a moving background and animate to that - but I built the camera move as part of the moose animation and then had to go back make a camera move to fit my drawings. Tedious. I bought a little moose figurine from a gift shop in Minnesota and used that as the model sheet to save time. It really helped with the 3D rotations on the head, etc. I was on set when we filmed the live action ice cream scenes so at least I got a ton of free ice cream to eat after they wrapped.
I hope it's okay that I'm asking, but do you know who's voicing the bunnies?
MichaelSar12IsBack That was back in 1994 or 95. The voices were recorded by the Ad agency and delivered to us to animate to. So I have no idea who the actors were, sadly.
@@johngriffin9174 That's okay.
"The pain! The suffering! Oh yeah, the back-up supply!" I haven't seen this commercial since elementary school but those lines always stood out to me. Who voiced Syd? He kinda sounds like Greg Cipes but I doubt it's him given how old he would've been at the time.
Whoever he was, he earned that paycheck. Sold a concept as bizarrely named as "Koala Yummies" like it was golden sand.
I started thinking that the Culligan Lady was sexy since I was 16!📺😍 Now I'm about to turn 46 on February 6.🎂 Not only do I wish and want a house with my water cleaned by Culligan, I wish and want to wear what the Culligan Lady wears-in my own place!!👱
I am a culligan man
My childhood friend Brett and I used to repeat this at school all the time in 1st grade. The "chocoooo-laaate, peanut buttER, Straaaaaawberry" line specifically. That's so cute that this cracked me up so much as a kid. I think it was the I bite off their heads line that pulled me in.. but I didn't recall that part until tonight.. so that was a little bonus treat in viewing this. I'm 32 now, 1987 born.
EMPTY NO WAY
I thought he said “I bite off their ass”
I’m literally eating a bag of Hello Panda 🐼 thinking to myself that these are a rip off of koala yummies 🐨 I was literally playing this commercial in my head then decided to look it up & I can’t believe I remembered this commercial word for word! Classic!!!!
I just found these at wal mart!
You can buy them at Five Below or you can check the International foods aisle or Asian foods aisle in your local grocery store usually they are under $2!
What the hell are they even playing? It's a unisex sport with no uniforms and a game plan that looks more like a map to buried treasure. No wonder they're distracted by melted gnocchi. They don't even know what they're playing!
