This is Glide Xpress Car Washes 14th site completed on June 14th 2024. This was designed and installed by Innova Car Wash Solutions LLC . This is a 120ft building with a 114 ft dual belt conveyor with 10ft of loading space outside under a covered awning . This site took 6 weeks to complete from start of install to washing cars. This is the newest site for Glide Xpress Car Wash in their Springfield Missouri market . This was a 7 week install and consists of Motor City Wash Works equipment , AVW Equipment, Sti Conveyor Systems , Auto Vac vacuum systems, and Innova Car Wash Equipment MFG. This video was taken during site testing prior to hand off to Glide Operations.

This is a good video. Can you film some WashGuys Car Wash locations along with some Buc-ee’s Car Wash locations if you ever come across any? If you can that would be awesome, but if not that's okay.
I’m really intrigued by your grill brushes! What makes Innova’s unique compared to sonnys/peco?
Innova's is a dual super HD arm design and uses zero pivot points on the arm. This is why we patented the arm type and the universal arm mounts on the legs for each one. This geometry combined with the arm mounts make this follow longer and roll off the vehicle rather than create bind points like peco and especially sonnys. Each arm on the Innova Grill washer is mandril bent can withstand 40k lbs of force before any bending is allowed. We wanted the unit to stop vehicles and not take damage like the others do when they get stuck on things that should not be going through the wash. I have witnessed these stop a full size ram 3500 mega cab on a belt that had a very large bush/grill guard that was not supposed to go through. NO damage was done to the grill washer or vehicle. At the same time they stay on the vehicle much more smoothly with far less bouncing and this allows for better dwell and scrubbing action for removing bugs and dirt from the front.
You should do a revisit.

@@carwashslayer4235 I am glad you do. I know the Mitters and Quickfire Wraps are what you like about Belanger. Do you also like Airstream dryer, Sidekick dryers, and Gyro Wraps or old Belanger Wraps that are like Gyro Wraps?
@@greatcitysportaction2289 The Quickfires are my favorite thing ever and I think the Neo-Tex Foam material is much more suitable for a washing environment. But back in the 80's and 90's there was no such material to use. So the Cloth Material was the only option.
