I’m so thankful to hear your thoughts. Amazing. I pray you find peace, and all the Godly things you desire. Lately I have been coming into people that are actual sweet people. I felt that a lot of good people were gone. Through my journey of healing and praying, I have prayed many many years for community and just to see the good in people and lately I have been so amazed. One day at a time, though. I know the cycle you speak of and it sucks but the more you endure it and keep pushing you get in tune to what makes you feel a certain way and how to fight and find ways to get through it. I really wasn’t into journaling at first but now I place it in there and I leave it. Or sometimes I go back the next day and elaborate more if I’m still feeling sad or unsettled. Take care. No, I am thankful for finding the truly explanation I was looking for,i have been in the same struggle of fitting my idea of beauty where I relaxed my hair and basically ruined so decided cutting It and now I'm looking for to growing it to what it was before and thought locs could be a good investment ,it was really helpful thank you 💛💛
