Incredible!!
Much appreciated , thank you very much! 🙏🏻
Great footage of great beautiful places to ride. Bike sounds great, is that the stock exhaust on it?
Thank you very much! Yes, that is the stock exhaust. I have a Gopro 11 mounted on the back of the box and right next to it to capture as much of it as possible. Thank you for watching!
@@MotorcycleCameraDrone It sounds fantastic!! Your videos are some of the bests I've seen on RUclips. Great motorcycle, great sounds, incredible scenery. Relaxing as well. Thanks for the awesome footage.
@@eyezlikeydrums Thank you so much for the awe inspiring comment! It is feedback like this that makes it all worth it! 👍👍👍
I have watched all your videos since "17 minutes of the legendary Suleskarvegen in Norway". My compliments for the quality of the videos. The videos give a nice impression of the surroundings. I wish I had more time to make some biketrips like you do. I would also like to compliment you on your driving skills. Calm and relaxed where necessary and possible and fast where possible. I ride a GT myself and for work now a 1250RT. Will be also a GT next year. I have 2 more questions! Have you ever been to the Netherlands and which clamp do you use for your Ram Mount. I am waiting for your next video. Greetings from the Netherlands. Peter
Wow, thank you for the compliments and I am grateful for all the time you have spent watching all that content! An RT and a GT...those are great bikes. Sounds like the best of two worlds! I have not yet been to the Netherlands other than at the Schiphol airport. Would love to see more of it though so maybe next time if I travel south again, I will take a route through the Netherlands. Can you recommend some nice roads and things too see? The clamp I am using for the RAM mount, is the RAM Tough-Claw. rammount.com/pages/tough-claw?srsltid=AfmBOorH9M1aFaR7M0AHKnpRHCggQ14d-GzcQ2_2c9agbOXjDV3m_FvH Again, thank you very much for watching! Riding on a cloudy and rainy day can also be beautiful! ☁️🌧️🙂
Great ride. Enjoyed every second :)
I appreciate that! Thank you very much! 👍🏻
Smooth like butter 👍
Thank you very much! Stelvio is an awesome pass to ride! 👍🏻🙂
You are very confident and stable on taking those turns with that wild tilting road. What is your secret?
Hi, I think one of the most important things to remember when cornering not just tight hairpins but curves in general, is to look where you want to go. Keep your chin up and don't look down on the ground next to you, even if you feel like falling over. Because you will inevitably go in the direction you look. Then even when exiting a curve really slow, keep the momentum on your bike using throttle control to straighten it up. It becomes natural after a while. Thank you very much for asking an important question like that 👍
@@MotorcycleCameraDrone Thank you for excellent answer taking time to explainn. Seems that doing the basics right is the way to not go wrong :) , will rmember it when riding again. Take care.

Do you realize you two are the luckiest people alive! Least in my eyes. Dreams just for me to doing this in these locations.
Yes, I believe everyone being able to do this is very fortunate but at least for myself, it is not something I take for granted. I hope one day your dream come true. There are so many beautiful places to see and things to experience. And I think the best way to travel is on 2 wheels. Thank you very much for watching, friend! I hope you enjoy the videos. 👍
Nice brother✌✌ iii
Thank you very much! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
I was a biker in my youth ,wish I’d never stopped , still very much in my blood ,I really enjoy your vids , next best thing to being on the bike myself
There are so many aspects about riding a bike. The power of the machine and the sensational feeling of flying through the air. Controlling it in every situation possible and above all, it is of course the ultimate feeling of freedom... I think once you have done it, it will never leave your blood. I appreciate your comment, Tony, and I am very happy that you like my videos 👍
Every time I watch one of your videos I feel like getting on my bike and riding. What a fantastic ride this was again! On to the next one..... 👍👍👍 🏍🏍🏍
The Gavia Pass is an awesome pass to ride. Sure, I love Stelvio also but I think maybe this is an even better one... Thank you very much for the inspirational comment! 👍
The great benefit on a rainy day, there are not 500 other bikers on the road. Somehow I’m loosing the enjoyment in riding
I totally agree with you... And the bicycles! 🤦♂
1:25 Again, fantastic quality of your ride. Screen is as always crystal clear, and the sound of the K1600 is just epic... Keep up the great work.....
Glad you like it! Thank you very much! 🙂👍
Nice vid … smooth and skilful riding 👍
Thank you very much! Much appreciated! 👍
Great video again! I like your riding style. Not too fast and not too slow. That way you can enjoy the beautifull scenery. 👍🏍
Thank you! Much appreciated! Yeah, I do like that aspect of riding... You get to see so much more compared to driving a car.
Very nice lighting atmosphere at the beginning of the video ! The drone footage gives you a great overview of the wonderful landscape. Well done! 👍
Much appreciated, thank you very much! 👍

Thank you very much!
Fantastic bike for that sort of riding. Ive got two friends with K1600's. Ride safe out there
I agree with you 100%. Thank you very much. Say hi to your friends from me =)
Passo San Boldo is an extraordinary pass! Thx for taking me along on your trip. 👍👍👍🏍🏍🏍
Yes, I believe some serious engineering went into making it as well. It was a short but very fun ride through the tunnels, but I enjoyed the hairpins below as well. A pleasure, thanks for watching! 👍🏻
Beautifull dimming of the day at the first part of this video. I absolutely love the drone footage in this video!! One question for you: what do you thing about BMW's choice for the connected ride app and the fact that your phone constantly needs to be connected to use navigation? (Personally I think it's a crap solution)
I totally agree with you in regards to the navigation being dependent on the phone to work. I think a bike like the K1600 should have a proper navigation system as a stand alone unit. And being connected the whole time is one thing, but the app itself also have to be active the whole time. If you lock the screen or open another app then the navigation is no longer working. That is, to use your own words; a crap solution! I hope they can fix this in a future update so at least the app can run in the background. Having said all that, I am quite pleased with how the navigation system is working. It threw me off course once or twice but I believe that was due to slow cellular service in some rural hills in Italy far from people… So I took the wrong turn due to the navigation being slow. Thank you very much, my friend! Hope you have a great weekend! 👍🏻😎
@@MotorcycleCameraDrone Thank you for your detailed answer. It is clear that we have the same opinion about the connected ride app and navigation. Today I did a 200 kilometer ride on my R1200RT LC. It is currently very warm in the Netherlands, 32 degrees! I hope you have a wonderful weekend too!
Super LIKE! Fantastic GOOD driving Video!

Wow. That‘s a beautiful power plant. Also nice touch that they out solar in top 👍🏻
Yeah, its massive! I drove past there like a month before but didn’t have time to stop. So I went back one more time to get these drone shots. Thanks for watching! 👍🏻
Again a great video! 👍👍👍🏍🏍🏍
Thank you very much and thank you for watching! 👍🏻🏍️
Epic!! Fantastic road............. It is not the only fantastic road in beautifull Norway.
No, there are a few more that stands out. 👍🏻 thank you so much!
I enjoyed the video, thanks. I love that kind of roads thru the mountains, despite the fact, that my littler 125cc doesn't have much power for steeper slopes. But if I ride similar roads in Germany, I instantly calm down and feel a lot of happiness. But I have one question about the shifting sounds. I noticed that first time at 22:54 and repeatedly at 23:35 till the end. Came that sounds from the clutch, the engine or the gearbox? It sound a bit like the "Transformers" movie, when the Autobots transform. 😀
Hi, yeah sometimes it’s not about speed but rather the harmony and rhythm of the ride that brings out the right emotions. The shifting sounds comes from the gearbox. They are quite ‘clunky’ on these K1600s. It has been like that since they were introduced in 2011. It is possible though to shift quiet and smooth but you have to be very sensitive and time it right or use the quick shifter. I’ve just gotten used to it the way it is. 🤷🏻♂️😬 thanks for watching! 👍🏻
By the way, I rode through Germany 🇩🇪 yesterday and today just hurrying through on the autobahn. Absolutely hate the autobahn but when returning north I’ll take my time on the smaller roads. Love those smaller roads through the countryside and all the small villages. ❤️
@@MotorcycleCameraDrone I totally understand your feelings. As I was driving the first time on the Autobahn, i was really frightened. There's so much more hard wind, often unexpected. If you drive at a time with high traffic, you need to be very carefully. There are a lot of impatient and inattentive car drivers. Sometimes they cutting you, sometimes they do not see you. I felt the most bad, as I got overtaken by an impatient truck driver. The windroller, produced by the overtaking truck....I thought, he pushes me off the road. Meanwhile I get used to drive on the Autobahn, but I also prefer to ride on smaller roads. It is less stress. If you get the opportunity, try a ride on the Autobahn on Sunday morning. Then the road is empty an you can much more enjoy it. You can see it here, it was recorded on a sunday morning. ruclips.net/video/gERfQ40GJKc/видео.htmlsi=bUidmSOc31_qeLUy But please don't laugh, it's a 125cc, nothing to compare to a 1600cc motor cycle. 😂😂 There are a lot of nice roads thru the smal, old villages. I could recommend Thuringia, with its old half-timbered houses. You can see it here: ruclips.net/video/6adQyL4RWvY/видео.html
Thank you for the recommendations! I will definitely check out more of those smaller villages next time I travel through Germany. I had a look at your videos as well! Very nice! You now have a new subscriber! :)

Why don't you wear gloves on the right hand?
Hi, I had some problems with the linings in my gloves to come out every time they would get a little warm and sweaty. It was tremendously hot in Italy at the time we were there. I managed to get my left glove back in ok shape but the right one took a little more effort. So to not spend too much time trying to fix it, I rode without it for a while. I am going back to Italy, Switzerland and Austria, leaving this Saturday. So there will be many more mountain passes to see and hopefully no problems with gloves this time. Hope you have a great summer and thanks for watching. And, sorry for the late reply!

It was very nice riding in to Bergen after a long day in the rain. Bergen is a beautiful city 👍🏻
@@MotorcycleCameraDrone , yes it is and i love it but i was joking about being " sunny " . I have lived there and it was a great time, but sunny its not 😄
@@Mike.4639 i know! I politely refused to comment on it! 😂 I have been there a couple of times when it didn’t rain though. So nice to sit down there at Bryggen and enjoy some bubbles in tall glasses 😎
Fantastic weather the last days here in the Netherlands (sunny ,24 degrees) I just got off the bike after a 200 kilometer ride. Grab a cup of coffee and watching this video sitting in the garden. Well, I would say: this is a perfect sunday 😂🏍✌ Loved your footage.............again! Great choice to add some music to the video as well!! Makes it even more relaxing.
It’s nice to finally get a little warmer weather so the rides are more enjoyable at least! Did you record your ride? Would love to see more of your beautiful country! 🙂Thank you very much for your wonderful comment! 👍🏻
@@MotorcycleCameraDrone I haven't recorded any of my rides for a long time. Compared to Norway my country is not that beautifull. It's flat and extremely crowded. I always tell people: I should have been born in Norway 😄 I really really love the Norwegian nature!! I've been there 2 times before and hope to return this summer. Unfortunately my wife doesn't want to ride on the bike so I will be there on 4 wheels 😒
@@Luc_Motor4youNL There is a Norwegian inside you just waiting to come out! 😅 I am lucky when it comes to my wife wanting to ride.
