It has taken a great level of commitment but it has gotten so much easier as time has progressed. Once I started to SEE & FEEL the results I said NOPE! Not going back, lol! Mine is still good! I am sure that the longevity is conducive to just how frequently it is used and the duration of the session. I do not use mine as frequently because I am in the gym almost every day. I use it maybe a few times per month while I’m watching TV or working. But mine still works just fine!

Yes, stress can and most often times will lead to comfort eating, which can lead to weight gain, which only leads to MORE stress and the viscous cycle continues! It takes SO much discipline and many, many, many, times of falling off and having to start over again my friend! But it’s okay, because you only fail when you quit. It took me literally decades…and honestly finding the solution is half the battle…you now have to go to work!!! Small wins will lead to a major victory. Like skipping the chips, or choosing a zero calorie drink, or walking 2 miles instead of 1. I made a promised to my loved ones (the ones here and the one’s that are gone) that I would work to be the best version of myself, value my health, and try to live as long as I possibly can. YOU CAN DO IT! Yes, please keep me updated, I would love to hear how things are going & and if you need any advice or motivation or tips! Staying healthy is a life long process my friend, so we are all in this together! I believe in you! You got this…Keep going Hygher!

I have two boys, 10 and 11 and I owe it to them and myself to be around for as long as possible. My brother died at 43 of pneumonia and he was overweight his entire adult life. I am currently at rock bottom, so the only way is up. I will definitely update you on my progress 😊

I create content like this for people like yourself because I KNOW just how valuable it can be, because I have hit rock bottom plenty of times and I just needed some form of light or hope…just a glimpse! But TRUST me there’s some power and insight provided at rock bottom that you can only get from being there! It’s lonely, it’s frustrating, there’s a lot of uncertainty but you still have to do “something” and the most powerful gift that we were giving as humans next to life itself is the power to “choose”! Just do your best, be very patient with yourself, constantly seek sources of motivation, inspiration, and knowledge. Don’t look for the external change to happen immediately, instead, understand that the change is happening internally first and that’s where you need it most. But LOCK IN and stay CONSISTENT, COMMITTED, and COUNT YOUR CALORIES! You got this! Your most powerful days are ahead of you!

I was told this year, that they are supposed to be building a steam room and sauna but it will be really small.

Yeah, a lot of people feel that way. I was told that they had to build vertically, cater to the demographic, and charge more due to real estate.

Yes, if you are a size 9 US in regular shoes. Ideally you want to go up a half size for your running shoes to allow for your toes to have enough room, also sometimes your feet may swell just a little bit, especially for longer runs. So I would advise sending them back and ordering a 9.5 US.
