Nothing against Kobe, but it really doesnt matter when you get up and when you go to bed, if the work amount is the same. There is no advantage just by getting up early. In his example he compares apples with bananas: one gets up early and the other one later, but both go to bed at the same time and the late-guy does only half the amount of work. Of course he has to work some more in the evening and has to go to bed later. He worked EVERYDAY a certain amount for decades and that is the key. As long as it is the same amount, it doesnt matter when to start or end. So if you are a night owl, i wouldnt recommend to get up at 4, just start later!

As a hispanic/Latino with a similar situation that happened to me before 8th grade I can relate (thankfully it wasnt as bad with in regards to my family but still very life changing), I tried to care more about my grades and force myself to improve even doing slight human modification due to my disability. My only thought and it still is I need to accompany, I need to survive if I can't then what use am I, I need to get good grades to have a good job.

Sounds to me like someone is covering for lost times in the alibi’s. Why would you drive around meaninglessly after your friend just committed murder and ALSO adnan was cautious to the fact that he needs to be seen at track practice? I don’t think Jay tells the whole truth, but overall, he knows what happens. He had no motivation to kill Hae. How he knows where the missing car is, is why nobody can convince me that Adnan didn’t do it. How does Jay know where the car was?? You’d have to believe that Jay did this all by himself.

I find it interesting that he immediately implicates that Adnan was going to kill Hae and that's why he left the car & phone with Jay.....the interrogation is terrible because there is a lot of leading on. The interrogator also talks too much, it easier to catch people in a lie when you stop talking. Jay stumbles a lot and could've easier to catch his lies When Jay was asked "who did the most digging.." that should've been the end of that question. But the interrogator then adds on "both of you..." Also this recording is shaky but when Jay states that Adnan was shoveling dirt...the interrogator leads him into saying "digging a hole" The way Hae's body was found, doesn't seem like they were digging much. I wonder if the the whole interrogations will be released.
