On Park Ave there are a mix of apartments, townhouses, and business like doctors offices on lower levels

I’m flying from NC to NYC just to see Oppenheimer in the reissue in 15 perf imax. I drove to GA in August to the regal mall of GA to see it in the same format and was blown away, but just had to wait for a reissue. I even bought tickets for 2 different showings- one has nearly the best seat in the house. I can’t wait.
